The AI noise‑cancelling microphone is the standout feature — it blocks out background noise extremely well, so people on the other end hear my voice clearly even when I’m in a busy environment. The sound quality on my side is also crisp, with no distortion or lag. The Bluetooth 5.2 connection is stable, and the included USB dongle makes pairing with my laptop effortless. I switch between my phone and computer throughout the day, and the headset handles device changes smoothly. The mute button is easy to reach, which is great for meetings. Comfort-wise, the headset is lightweight and fits securely without squeezing too hard. I’ve worn it for long work sessions (3–4 hours at a time) without any discomfort. Battery life is solid too — I can go multiple days on a single charge depending on usage. Overall, this headset delivers excellent clarity, comfort, and reliability at a very reasonable price. Comfortable headset with solid audio but some quirks I’ve been using this JIAMQISHI wireless headset for a few weeks now, mostly for Zoom meetings and some light music listening, and it’s been a solid performer with a few caveats worth noting. On the plus side, the headset is lightweight and comfortable to wear for long stretches. The earcups sit nicely without creating pressure points, and the headband has enough adjustability to fit securely. Pairing was quick and reliable — both via Bluetooth and with the included USB dongle, which is handy for my work laptop that sometimes struggles with Bluetooth. I especially like that the mute button is easily accessible on the boom mic and actually gives you an audible tone so you know it’s engaged. The AI noise-cancelling mic works well for voice clarity — colleagues say I come through crisp and background noise is kept to a minimum, even with kids in the next room. Audio quality for calls is clear, and music playback is decent though not as full-bodied as you’d get with dedicated headphones. It’s more balanced toward voices than rich bass. A few things to be aware of: the earcups are on the smaller side, so if you have larger ears they may rest against rather than around them. The mic boom only rotates in one direction, which limits how you wear it. Battery life has been good for daily use (a few hours at a time), but you’ll need to recharge every couple of days with heavy use. Bottom line: A very good budget-friendly wireless headset for calls and meetings, with clear voice pickup and reliable connections. Just keep in mind the smaller earcups and directional mic boom when deciding if it’s the right fit for you.

Works well. I have had mine for a year now. The range seems to have lessened a bit, but overall, they are fine. I can hear great with them and the ones I talk to hear me just fine too. I am very happy with them. It's a good price as well. I would buy these again.

I bought this headset 2 years ago. I've been using it to work from home, and I have to say, these are of better quality than the Jabra headsets that my employer provides. (For context, I went through 3 of the Jabras in one year before deciding to order this one.) It's held up very well; it looks the same as the day I bought it. Nothing has worn out. Sound quality is good, both for taking phone calls and listening to music. The mute function is reliable, so I don't have to worry about needing to clear my throat, cough, or remind my kids that "mommy's working." Speaking of working from home with the kids, the noise cancellation on this headset is amazing. Any background noise is filtered out. I can type notes on my loud clickety clackety keyboard, my kids can scream to their hearts' content, and my customers can't hear a thing. It's also very comfortable to wear. I highly recommend this headset. It may be the best headset I've ever used!

They work good, high volume capacity and noise suppression on the mic. However after a year the battery started to worsen and after a year a half the battery life is almost non existant went from 8 hours to 6 to 4 now 1 hour off the cable. I have to work plugged into the charger! It’s supposed to be Bluetooth. I use these for work m-f so technically I’ve used these for 475 work days so in that sense I’ve gotten my use out of them. But I don’t want to keep buying electronics annually. They should last.

I bought this headset a little over a year ago. The sound quality was amazing and they were very comfortable to wear. However, the durability has been really disappointing. First, the left side stopped working. Then the microphone started failing and people could barely hear me. Now neither side produces any sound at all. The audio quality and comfort are honestly great, but the longevity is terrible. The price seems okay at first, but considering how little they lasted, you’ll probably end up spending more money replacing them sooner than expected.

I LOVE that its wireless. Has a very long range that allows you to hear anyone on the other end. I wouldn’t say its 100% noise cancellation because People on the other end has heard my toddler in the background. They are comfortable and last a full 8 hour shift without needing charge. My only issue is more often than not people complain that they can’t hear me very good.

Great device, i have been using it for 6 months and it has a 20-30 mt range. I use it everyday for Zoom meeting and sounds and they hear me clearly. Excellent quality and comfortable

I liked that the noise cancelling does actually block out most noise in an office., and on a plane and the quality speakers are excellent.

worked perfectly 1st day but on 2nd day stop working at all

I purchased the headset in June, 2025 and was working perfectly fine.. however after almost 6 months of using the noise cancellation stopped working and am unable to use now.. need someone from the support line to help in this
