Fraud by Amazon and seller
Amazon and seller Oakcraft sent me a defective item. Looking at extremely poor packaging and broken box it was evident that the item was already returned by someone else. Moreover the gas lift cover and assembly instruction was also missing. What baffled me most is when I tried to return the item both Amazon and seller are not responding.

Okay Chair With Pros & Cons
The chair is nice. Unfortunately the material of seat is tearing off from near the stitches. When i reached out to customer support I was told that seat is not covered under warranty and i should have asked for replacement when i received the item and now it will be difficult for them to do anything about it.In case you plan to buy this item, i recommend that you inspect it thoroughly because later on customer service may not be able to help you.And to add tot hat I see much more variety in market in similar price range which seems to be a good option to try out.
