We use this Bengay cream to massage my grandmother’s back because she often has pain and stiffness. It helps relieve the discomfort and provides a soothing, warming feeling after applying it. The cream absorbs well and works nicely for massages. It’s a very useful product to have at home for muscle aches and back pain.

I use it before I go to bed. It starts helping me in just a few minutes. It really helps after I exercise or do some housework. I don’t mind the scent at all. I highly recommend BEN GAY. You won’t be sorry. It’s well worth the price. Also they now make an unscented Ben Gay. Oh and I’m 80 years old and enjoying life again. 😊

Only thing that relieves my back pain. Have been using it for years! And will continue to use it. This is a really good price, too, as it can be a bit expensive at some places.

I swear by this stuff. I work out and when I do dumbbell squats, it has the potential to be very painful for my knees...even with good form. But this has saved me. I definitely recommend proper rest and recovery, but this product eases that in-between time. It is a good quality product for the price because it actually works. The smell is very strong so it's a good thing I work out at home lol. I like it, though. Above all, it actually relieves the pain and that's what I care about. Can't recommend enough.

Good stuff and helps me with my back pain

I genuinely love this stuff. As a runner who occasionally has aches and pains that seems to just pop up at the worst times, I always try to keep this on hand. I much prefer this to bio freeze as the crème texture is easier to apply and seems to be absorbed by my skin more readily than a gel consistency. I also think it works well for those annoying aches and pains that you need treated right away. I’m also just a big fan of the scent. To me, it reminds me of wintergreen - which I love - and I don’t find it overly strong or offensive at all. The added benefit of the scent is that it acts as a nasal decongestant while you’re applying it to your aching areas.

Excellent medicine for muscle spasms for muscles excellent to use very easy to use. Highly recommended.

One small dab and suddenly my muscles felt like they’d been upgraded from “old lawn chair” to “reasonably functional human.” The cream isn’t greasy, absorbs quickly, and smells exactly like what you’d expect: a gym locker room where everyone just finished leg day. But honestly, if smelling like a peppermint-powered pharmacy means my back stops complaining every time I stand up, I’m fine with it. Recommendation: If your muscles are staging a rebellion, this cream negotiates peace treaties surprisingly fast. Just don’t touch your eyes afterward… trust me.

I tempi di attesa sono molto lunghi.. ho dovuto aspettare circa un mese per riceverla ma ne è valsa la pena! E' un'ottimo antidolorifico per strappi, stiramenti, dolori muscolari e artritici. Reca subito sollievo anche se trattandosi della versione "ultra forte" la utilizzo solo in caso di dolore acuto. Ha anche un buon profumo di mentolo.. la consiglio!

La conoscevo già , avendo la fortuna di avere amici in Vaticano riuscivo ad ottenerla. Il Bengay è qualcosa di miracoloso. il calore che emana una volta "spalmato" sulla parte dolorante, dolori reumatici, mal di testa etc etc, aiuta tantissimo ad alleviare il dolore

Me ne aveva parlato una parente che lo aveva ricevuto da una conoscente sposata con un Marine. Il prodotto è valido. Non fa miracoli certo, ma è valido. L'ho provato su un ginocchio, sulla schiena, ha fatto il suo dovere anche se con più applicazioni. Non mi ha irritato assolutamente, ma provarlo prima su una piccola zona. Lavarsi bene le mani dopo l'uso.
