Convenient and easy to use
Love these freezer molds. For now, I only have a couple of the small cube molds. I bought these because I have a lemon tree in my backyard that produces more lemons than I can use or give away before they go bad. I've tried other ice cube molds, but it was always really hard to get the cubes out after they froze. With the Souper Cubes, because of the flexible silicone, the cubes come out easily. Once they're frozen, I transfer the cubes to a freezer bag, pop the trays into the dishwasher, then use them again for more cubes. So convenient!! I also really like that there are indicators for either 1 tablespoon or 2 tablespoons. It makes it very easy to freeze just the amount you would need for a specific recipe. I will definitely buy more in different sizes for meal prepping.

The Ultimate Freezer Companion!
I recently purchased these silicone freezer cubes and they have completely changed my food prep and storage. I was looking for a better way to freeze sauces, baby food, and single-serving portions of meals, and these cubes are absolutely perfect. Durable & Quality: Right away, you can feel the high quality of the material. They are incredibly durable and feel like they will last for years without tearing or losing their shape. The silicone is thick and sturdy, not flimsy like some other brands I've tried. Size & Storage Capacity: The size of each cube is fantastic for portion control. Each tray has a generous storage capacity, allowing me to freeze a good amount of food in one go. The individual portions are ideal for quick meals or adding a specific amount of stock to a recipe without having to thaw a giant block. Ease of Removal: This is, without a doubt, the best feature. The ease of removal is amazing! Unlike hard plastic trays where you have to struggle or run them under hot water, the flexible silicone lets you pop the frozen cubes right out with a gentle push. No more hassle or mess. No Smell, No Worries: I was concerned about a plastic or chemical smell that sometimes comes with new silicone products, but these had none at all. They are completely odorless and don't impart any weird taste to the food, which is crucial. Excellent Value for Money: Considering the quality, durability, and convenience they offer, these freezer cubes are an excellent value for money. They have saved me so much time and made my meal prep much more efficient. I've already recommended them to friends and family. If you're looking to streamline your freezer storage, these silicone cubes are a fantastic investment. Highly recommended!

Multi-Functional. SO worth it to have on hand! GREAT Gift Idea.
I am in LOVE! This year, I am growing a BUNCH of garlic and fully intend on making garlic compound butter and garlic oil. With the help of the 2 tablespoon molds make it for great garlic oil tabs, blended garlic tabs, or garlic compound butter tabs without having to take out too much. I would love to prepare and freeze cookies sometime! It makes whatever you have prepared easy to throw in the skillet, pot of soup, cup, or baking skeet. Great for meal prepping, easy to use and clean. It fits in great into my freezer without taking up too much room. The silicone makes it easy to pop all of the squares out. It wears up well - whether in the deep freezer or in the dishwasher.

Love these for lemon juice!
It's cheaper for me to buy lemons in bulk at Costco versus buying them individually like a normal human. However, I do not use the lemons fast enough and they used to rot on my counter. Since I mainly use them to flavor my water and teas -- enter Souper Cubes. I already had the larger ones that I used for leftover soups and sauces, but when I saw that they had smaller versions, I thought they'd be perfect for making lemon ice cubes. I prefer Souper Cubes since it's easy to measure in them. I am well aware that I could have done this with just a regular ice cube tray. They work so well for the lemons that I have also used them to make ice cubes with berries frozen in them, as well as freezing orange and grapefruit juices that I add to my sparkling water. I can keep them in my freezer until I need them and they're great for my summer drinks and teas. I even have used it to preserve tomato paste, but tomatoes stain the silicone, so I line the cubes with plastic wrap first. These are great for freezing small amounts of liquid (each cube holds up to 2 tablespoons of liquid). I highly recommend the rest of their line as well. The cubes are easy to freeze and pop out, and the container itself is easy to clean. You do need a flat surface to allow the cubes to freeze because the lid is DEFINITELY not spill-proof. I personally use them to freeze leftovers so I don't have a bunch of rotting food in my fridge -- it helps me to avoid food waste.

High quality, functional, worth it
Perfect for freezing fresh herbs with a bit of olive oil, or condiments that you rarely use but come in a larger package. I’ve used it for the excellent Tom Yum soup paste I bought here; for the Better than Bullion Lobster Base that comes in a large jar but I only use for making lobster bisque sometimes; even tomato paste when you open a can but don’t need it all. Yes, there are less expensive silicone freezer molds. But the Souper Cubes are of excellent quality and the metal reinforcement really helps. I have the larger size as well and get so much use out of them, they’ve been worth every penny. Tip for removal: I have severe nerve and muscle damage in my hands and fingertips so opening anything can be a real battle. When I first fill the cubes (whether this size or the larger ones), I place a layer of parchment paper over it before I put the lid on. This makes it so much easier to open after it’s frozen. Oh and these clean up so easily!

Love all the souper cubes. They have revolutionised my meal prep and access to much better and more nutritional options when I don’t have much time during the week. They have also saved a lot of food waste as it’s so easy to pop leftovers straight into the freezer after a meal (once cooled). I’d definitely recommend them.

Son de buena calidad pero no tienen un sellado a prueba de líquidos, mi congelador es de cajón y al abrirlo antes de que se congelaran el liquido escurrió de las bandejas , por este precio hubiera esperado que tuvieran un sellado mejor.

very practical, a little too expensive. I use it to freeze portions of fresh parsley, coriander, celery etc.

Another versatile product from Souper Cubes. You can bake with them and freeze foods in them. I like this size for freezing sauces, broths, guacamole, etc. I haven’t tried baking with this one, but I bet it would make great one-bite brownies!
