So bought this necklace for my mother for mothers day and im so upset because it has a knot in it and i cannot get it out. Not happy at all that it was sent to me this way. Came in a really nice box but it was put in a bag and when i took it out it jas this knot. Dont know what to do because i want to give this to my mom but im so angry it has a knot in it.

I bought this for my mom for Mother's Day and it came 3 days early. The image is small (as expected) but totally visible in the right lighting. The necklace came in a tiny bag but the gift box so it makes it a lot nicer if giving as a gift. I can't wait to give it to her!
