Lowered my chip temp dramatically

I’m running a ryzen 5 5600x in this build. I was going to use the stock wraith cooler but I wanted something all white. I was afraid the tower cooler wouldn’t have enough clearance so I decided to try out this low profile cooler from thermalright because I have heard really great reviews on their Assassin King tower cooler. I was blown away by the performance. My CPU runs at about 45C reaching 50-55C while running Hogwarts Legacy. I use the Lian Li mesh 205 case in a well air conditioned room which certainly plays a factor but my last build runs at about 65-70C with the stock wraith cooler using a 3600x cpu.Pros:- Cheap cooler- Aesthetically great (aRGB syncs very nicely as seen in the picture)- QUIET, literally cannot hear the fan it came with- can switch out for a thinner fan if needed clearance- very easy installation and came with brackets for intel/amd. I use an AM4 board so it works great and is very stable. Watched the video on Amazon to learn installation. Has holes in the metal cooler that my screwdriver fit easily through so no issues screwing it in.- comes with thermal paste.- good clearance on both orientations on an Asus prime b550 plus board, I chose to let it hang over the ram because the sticks I got were red and conflicting of the color scheme.Cons:- honestly none yet, will update if things change.Conclusion:Buy this cooler and don’t waste your money on a higher end cooler.
