Helps reduce pain and comfortable
Very comfortable to wear. Very lightweight and easy to use. Stays cold and covers front, back and side of shoulder. I use this for post op shoulder surgery. Worth every penny! Received on time and as described.

Stays in place!
Works well. Not confined to chair to keep it in place. Nice to have freedom to walk around. Stays cold 》20min. Came in handy after shoulder surgery. It does sweat as it thaws. Just keep small towel handy.

Good fit
Fits well and conforms well to the shoulder. Takes a long time to freeze, maybe 4 hours. cold lasts about 30m and it really surrounds well, much better than the flat packs. It is hard to get on and off, the closure on the lower band could be better.

Best way to chill out!
I damaged my right shoulder rotator cuff, and my physical therapist comes weekly to treat it. When she leaves, she puts this on me, and it works perfectly! Not too cold, fits tightly to the damaged areas of my shoulder and I can walk around with it. I just pop it back in the freezer between treatments. Fifteen minutes later I put my neck and shoulders heating pad on (which I also got from Amazon)

Comfortable
Looks more durable than it is. Ice retention is good. The mold ability is moderate but for the price it does give some relief and is an ease to use and put on. My daughter relaxes in bed and said it’s comfortable.

Cheaper. Works just as well
Works well. This more affordable option is a win. Same as the $50 model. Great for pitchers after the game.

Feels great
This is a little tricky to get on if you have a sore shoulder or are recovering from surgery but it does a pretty good job of releiving pain. It stays cold for a fairly long time. I have several different ones I switched out until I finally bought a continuous ice machine. This was a big help though and I will be keeping as a back up while I recover from shoulder surgery

Works well for one shoulder, but not for both
The design is okay. I use the side without the soft covering, otherwise it isn't cold enough. Does not stay cold long enough to ice both shoulders without refreezing in between. I ice the first shoulder using the ice pack, then stuff an extra ice pack insert between this and my other shoulder rather than relying on this ice pack alone for the second shoulder. It's not a perfect system, but it's fine for me.My only serious complaint is the sort of careless design of the fastening system. Adjusting the straps to tighten down the ice pack is not ergonomic for your rotator cuff. Since this is a device specifically designed to ice that part of your body, you'd think they would have taken that into consideration. I have to practically dislocate my shoulder to adjust this thing. There are better fastening systems that don't require the wearer to reach behind their back with an already injured shoulder. I suspect ice packs that use better fastening systems cost more money, though.
