I've worked night shift on and off throughout my career, and I'm currently on again. This time around, I've been sleeping terribly. I figured it was time to give a sleep mask a try. I was initially skeptical about the Manta Pro simply from a cost standpoint. The price seemed a bit steep compared to the plethora of options, but I looked at this as an investment. Buy once, cry once, right? I'm glad I did. I've been using this for about a week now, and I'm sleeping better than I did before. It took a few times test fitting the eye cups so that I didn't get any light peeking through, but once I dialed it in, it works great. The mask is super breathable. I sleep with a fan on and can feel a little bit of air going through the mask, yet it truly is 100% blackout. I've found that it stays in position and doesn't slide around when I move. I'm strictly a side sleeper, and this mask is super comfortable. My quality of sleep has dramatically improved, even on the days where my body says "it's time to get up" after only 3 or 4 hours. I'm not waking up multiple times a night. I feel more rested when I do wake up. I'm falling asleep faster than before, and (usually) sleeping for longer. I think this is a great option for anyone looking for a sleep mask, but especially for anyone who works night shift. Do yourself a favor and get one. The benefits certainly outweigh the cost!

Wow, pricey was the only drawback, because these fit well, stay put, zero light, large eye openings, and they are very comfortable to sleep in - and I’m a side sleeper so that’s a BIG win! I am very, very happy with these, and I’ve had my best nights of sleep since I have been sleeping with them. No stye’s from friction which was the big issue I had been having in prior mask thst did not have large enough eye openings.

I bought the Manta Pro Sleep Mask for my wife as a gift to replace the assortment of cheap sleep masks she’d accumulated over the years, and the difference has been dramatic. She genuinely loves this mask, and her sleep quality has improved noticeably—easily tenfold by her own account. I was skeptical at first, especially given the price, but curiosity got the better of me during a migraine recovery nap. That one use alone sold me. The darkness was instant and complete, and the comfort made it easy to fully relax, even during a short daytime rest. What immediately stands out is the 100% light blocking. This mask delivers true blackout, not “mostly dark.” The contoured eye cups completely eliminate pressure on the eyes while sealing out every bit of light, which makes it especially great for side sleepers. It stays in place throughout the night without shifting or needing constant adjustment. The build quality is excellent. Everything feels premium, from the breathable materials to the headband, which offers unlimited adjustment and reminds me a lot of the Apple Vision Pro headband in terms of comfort and fit. Once dialed in, it stays put without feeling tight or restrictive. Yes, it’s a bit pricey for a sleep mask, but the quality absolutely justifies the cost. This isn’t a disposable or “good enough” accessory—it’s a long-term sleep upgrade. As soon as I have a little extra room to splurge, I’ll be buying one for myself. I use this with a CPAP (nose pillows), and I love it. It is comfortable and stays on throughout the night. Highly recommended. I sleep so well, so soundly, so undisturbed now with this mask, I'm not sure I ever slept before. It _is_ expensive. No way around that. It's the reason I docked it one star. Is it really $50 better than the previous model? I don't know, I never had the previous model. Is it FAIR to dock it a star because it's expensive? Apparently, I think so, since that's what I'm doing. And yet ...the price is the ONLY qualm I have/ had about this product. Everything else is EXACTLY as promised; it performs 100% as advertised. Which you really can't say about much else in these gloomy days of the Enshi*tification of Everything.

This mask is truly spectacular. As a side sleeper with a sleep disorder, having a good routine and prevent distractions or interruptions is so important, and this thing takes the CAKE. It’s so comfortable, blocks out every OUNCE of light, and stays on so well. Love that it’s so adjustable with the velcro cups and angle options. I recommended it to my dad, stepmom, and boyfriend, who now all have their own. Also, the color makes it really easy to find in bed hah!

I love this sleep mask. That being said, it's so over priced considering it falls apart the first year. The velcro wears out. The pink thing inside the left eye cover fell off. The left eye piece is about to fall off. Bottom line, loved it when it was new, but if you want to spend nearly 100 dollars on a sleep mask and expect it to last skip this one.

I’ve owned the Manta Sleep Mask for about a year and use it every night. I’m a big fan of the design—the adjustable eye cups are comfortable, the blackout performance is excellent, and the materials feel incredibly soft. It’s one of the few sleep masks I’ve genuinely enjoyed using. My only disappointment is the durability. The product is advertised as machine washable, but after a single standard machine wash (following the care instructions), the inner fabric of the eye cups came loose and now brushes against my eyes and eyelashes. This takes away the floating, pressure-free feel that was the main reason I chose this mask and paid a premium for it. I still think it’s an excellent design, but the build quality didn’t hold up to normal care in my experience. I hope this was an isolated manufacturing issue because I’d love to continue using the product. As it stands, I can’t confidently recommend it unless the durability is improved.

Review written after nightly use for seven months of continuous use. Can’t say more than it already well established in the reviews. However, will add my comments that this is by for the best sleep mask I have ever used: highest quality, best fit (easy to change), no issues. Have no issues with heat retention. As for being stretchy, it is not; however, that is a feature and not a bug: you want a mask that will keep its diameter and not compress your head (like cheap masks). If you wake up at night, you will find yourself doing some minor readjusting to move it higher on your head (it will naturally migrate down while you sleep). There is some rubberized lines that increase friction against your hair/scalp to keep it in place, but if you toss and turn like myself, it will move over time. But it migrating a bit does not detract from its effectiveness - it is just an issue with having a more snug feel on your head. While the high cost is very steep in a market filled with cheap (and cheaply made) products, I still recommend that the price is worth the product. Only note is that you need to wash the detachable eye covers every few weeks. It is easy to forget that your body oils will saturate the cloth over time and it will start to irritate your skin, which is your strong reminder that you should wash your mask. Just throw them in the sink with warm water and dish soap, wash/wring them by hand, rinse, and let them dry - good as new!

Seems to be some mixed opinions on this product. The only real “con” is the price. Even on sale, it is an investment. What I wished I knew early: - take some time before you go to bed to adjust the eye pieces. It will take a few shots to get it right. - if you are a side sleeper, focus on moving the eye pieces in a way that they do not press up against your head. - wear the strap high on your head, not like wearing a pair of glasses. It rubbed against my ears and they were raw in the morning. Positives: - if you fit and wear it properly, no light gets in … like none. - it takes a couple of nights, but you’ll forget you are wearing it quickly - it is well made … soft materials, good Velcro In general, I would say most people should buy it. Does the material and build alone make it worth the money? Heck no … but you will sleep better and what make it a good buy.

Da die Verdunkelung in meinem Schlafzimmer (pfusch beim Rolladenbau) und vielen Hotels leider zu wünschen übrig lässt, habe ich schon einige Schlafmasken durchprobiert. Zuletzt ein 20€ Modell von dieser Platform. Leider bin ich Seiten/Bauchschläfer und hatte bei den anderen Modellen häufig das Problem, dass sich die Maske entweder zur Seite wegschiebt, oder furchtbar an den Augen drückt. Die MantaSleep Pro hatte ich schon eine Weile auf dem Schirm und habe dann beim PrimeDay zugeschlagen. Ich muss sagen: Sie ist jeden Cent wert. Ich hoffe nur, dass demnächst auch die anderen Farben in den deutschen Amazon-Shop kommen. Endlich kann ich wieder richtig durchschlafen, ohne im Sommer um 5:00 aufzuwachen, weil das Zimmer taghell ist. Die Maske dunkelt wirklich 100%ig ab und das auch beim Schlafen auf der Seite. Sie ist sehr angenehm, einfach zu verstellen und zu justieren und kommt sogar mit einem Waschbeutel für die Waschmaschine. Ich nutze Sie täglich, seitdem ich sie bestellt habe und kann sie definitiv weiterempfehlen! Aufgeteilt aufs Jahr oder zwei ist mir der Preis dann im Vergleich zur gewonnenen Schlafqualität definitiv nicht zu hoch.
