I got a damaged set first (only the left was working and the case was discharging very fast), but the replacement is superb. Amazingingly superb quality for now ! I will watch how its performing over months . . .Good signs : The support from Tozo store, as I initiated my complaint was superb and seamless - showed all the signs of a good system-based company, and even Amazon support for this product was superb. To extend that by the time Tozo store offered me a replacement (3 days over email - troubleshooting & video sharing), Amazon had already delivered the new piece! Looks like Tozo is a priority customer for Amazon. So that area you dont have to worry.Now on the product:I use/have used AKG, Sony, LG, Kyocera, Sennheiser wired earphones (and LG was always the best for me - clarity & bass balance for Classical, techno, Rock and Metal music, next best is AKG, then Kyocera, then Seinnheiser, then Sony). And I tried Oneplus and JBL wireless earbuds (both not as good as the wired ones - also sounded flat, JBL was worst). But this one is as good as LG ! Now I just hope this will last - those brands lasted like 3 - 4 years!I have this Tozo T9 tried for calls and it is good . I tried with a laptop playing music at the background (for simulating noisy environments) and it gave clear voice at the other end (i heard the recording) till laptop speaker was at 75/100 - but yet to try on the streets and hence I dont know (as noise is not uniform in the background).Concerns: As a manufacturing professional myself, I wonder how come the same batch has 100% better performance !! (or is it the actual performance - that's the quality difference), in matured manufacturing lines we dont see such huge deviations. And where huge deviations in quality are seen, longitivity of the product decreases over time. Eg: Low clarity product for Rs 900 would run for 2 years, High clarity product for Rs 900 usually runs at that level for only for 3 months then it goes to a level of Rs 600 product, with all sorts of troubles. And companies with good complaint resolution are usually bad in operations/manufacturing quality control.If this one can run for 2 or 3 years with this clarity and without any trouble, then here is another company that is going to change the earbuds world ! So, that side of this product I can only wait and watch.

The media could not be loaded. Based on a week of usage I can say that it is an excellent product which provides quick connectivity, amble ANC and robustness. Looks very good as well! Definitely value for money.

It’s the worst pods ever. They don’t connect automatically after pairing it once, every single use requires you to pair the device again, for that first you have to forget the device on your phone, switch of the pods “manually “ switch it on again manually and then pair it. It doesn’t even get disconnected after placing it in the case, either you switch it off manually or switch of your phones bluetooth. Sound quality is avg. Boat ear pods are 1000 times better.

It's about my newly purchased Tozo T9 earbuds. Although it has not been long since I bought it, nothing much can be said about its performance, but there is one thing that is very irritating, which is the sound coming at the time of its connection, which is "English in Chinese accent", making it a cheap product.

Overall is good but the price is high
