The bottle came shrink-wrapped and was sealed up to avoid any leakage. It is easy to measure the amount you need with the bottle having a pour spout with markings on it. I put it into a one gallon pump sprayer and it mixed easily and sprayed with no crazy odors like some of the products you get at the hardware store. I followed the mixing directions but actually added a bit more to make it stronger which may or may not have been a good idea.
