I wake up when I see any bit of light. These have really changed the game for me. I went from sleeping 5.5 hours a night to nearly 9 hours now. Cooling pads actually work. Feels heavy on your face but the pads are pretty dense. I sit it higher on my head I find it my comfortable on my ears like that.

I like these guys. Good relief for eye strain or pain. They are soft and comfortable. Seems like good quality.

Great idea but the cold only lasts for about five minutes which is kind of a bummer. Takes a long time in the freezer to get to temperature. Wish the cold lasted longer

I have the regular manta mask cups. They get very hot. So purchased these as well for the cooling effect.I work night shift and manta masks are superior.I did not expect the cups to be very heavy…Pushing my head into the pillow heavy.It is a very weird sensation if you’re not used to a weighted eye mask. But they induce some very wonderful sleep. No issues with them getting hot, but the weight makes them hard to stay on and in that perfect spot so light doesn’t come in. Had to play with the cups a lot to get the blackout effect.Overall, I prefer the original cups and these maybe for stress relief naps? Not a full nights sleep.
