Adjust the knob to the right to tighten and turn to the left to decrease the power needed bend the bars.Fantastic item for the beginner and professional. Pin already broken before opening.
Box damaged on arrival. One of the pins in the handle was already broken when I took it out of the packaging. The box had clearly been opened & re-sealed inside the Prime packaging. Would have been a great piece of kit but not paying that sort of money if the handle pins aren’t up to the job. Returned for refund.

Good for building upper body, shoulders and arms
Great workout for your biceps and triceps, and your shoulders and chest. Have knocked off one star as it's not the most well-finished tool, looking very industrial, being covered in nuts and bolts and, in the case of mine, lots of scratches. Soft handle grips would be nice. Still, easy to adjust to one's desired resistance and comfortable to use.

Significantly improved muscle tone
I've now had this for 6 months and use it every other day to do multiple reps to exhaustion and muscle mass on upper pecks and front of shoulders has increased a lot. This is my new favourite exercise device.

I would have liked to bring this out doors, but really think it a weapon in looks.

Initial impression is very good
