Awesome accessory for your source bladders
This makes feeling your source bladder easy while on the move without having to remove your bag off your back. Use a variety of bottled water to fill your bladder

works for bottled water Camelbak bladders.
At first I was pretty skeptical of this product, but seeing that I use Camelbak bladders a lot (for camping and hiking), I figured I'd give it a try. At first it was a little tricky to get a water bottle on/in it correctly but it does work pretty well as long as you hold the bottle well over the top of the bladder you're filling. I've used it on a 1.5 liter, 2 liter, and 3 liter bladder and it fills them no problem.

Ridiculously Overpriced. But Ultimately, A Necessary Accessory
I really, really like this item. But the cost (almost $20) is a bit excessive.Having said that, Source makes good stuff. So good that it's hard to complain about price too loudly! So good that the company deserves to make whatever profit they can.So why am I complaining about price? Because knock-offs are sure to come and I would like to keep supporting Source; given that most of us have limited resources there may come a time when I can't afford Source and have to go elsewhere. In any event, really nice; really easy to use. Wish Source offered a decent carry case (I wound up using a Condor faux grenade case (which was okay) and another type of case (which was equally only okay)).Great accessory in the hydration department. Just wish it came in at under $15 (at $20 three of these cost me $60! Tell me that's not a bit absurd).5 stars.

A+ addition to my set up
I got this a few months ago and have used it enough to write an honest review. My tubing setup is a combination of one full length tube connected to half the length of a second tube, that is what it took to get the perfect length for me. I use my uta at the joint of the tubing plugging it in and then popping it over the top of the bottle. It takes no effort to get the water flowing after the bottle is lifted up. And when the water starts running the bottle empties fast! When compared to the speed in filling the bladder this way over opening the cap and filling it through the port with the bag under the spigot there is no comparison. On long or hot days the bladder can be filled in just minutes with minimum to no fuss.By the way I am a full time power wheelchair user and carry my full days water supply on the back of my chair with my Source Hydration set up. The uta allows someone to help me to refill it it in like 3 minutes or I can do it myself just taking longer. The Source setup is the best out there I have seen or heard of in the 25 or so years since I got my first hydration pack.

Good idea, didn't work for me.
I got this to use when I went to Disney to make it easier to fill my water bladder. I tried it out at a car event, and it didn't fill up my bladder. I figured I was doing something wrong but I wasn't. Videos shows it working and I do it the same way and it didn't. So I didn't use it nor did I carry my water bladder.

It just works
I was a bit skeptical but used this recently in a 20 hour rucking event. It just works. Sometimes had challenge with getting a good seal about the bottle so there was some leakage.. but it is just water. Quick, fast and easy on my Camelbak Mil-Spec bladder.

It will change your life.
This adapter is sonething I highly recommend, it will change the way you fill your water pouch forever. Once you use it you'll never go back. Though, I would recommend that you take the time to learn how much water it takes to fill the bladder. If your filling from a plastic water bottle and the water isn't moving, most of the time the flow will start automatically, but sometimes it won't, just squeeze the bottle slowly until it starts up again, if your using a hard plastic bottle that cant be squeezed just pull down on the adapter to get the flow going. If your going to do this make sure the bladder isn't full first.

Ideal
Perfect makes filling hydration pack so much easier, you may have to hold it on the tap if your water pressure is high.

I've moved to the Source Tactical water bladders as my system. Love this thing
First off, I am not tactical. But I am practical. The Source Tactical line is very well made. Their bladders are tough, antimicrobial and just work. I've tried so many brands and all of the cheaper ones have been mistakes. Similarly priced ones have held up. BUT! They can't be filled while in a hydropack, pack or pouch. Enter this product. You pop it on where the mouthpiece goes and attach it to a sink, hose end, or for me, water bottle and fill your water bladder while still in your pack. Sounds like no big deal. How hard is it to take your water bladder out of the pack, to unthread the hose through the shoulder strap etc., well, not really that hard. I am all about removing friction and setting up faster, easier systems, so long as I don't compromise utility etc. And this works perfect for that.I have yet to use this for a long backpack/ruck, but that is where the value will shine extra. No need to take the pack off even, just refill on the go. Or pack off, but not take bladder out to refill... huge time and hassle savings.Note - when the bladder gets full, the accordion grooves on this expand and you need to stop filling. Not a problem for gravity feed from a bottle, but pressure feed from a tap and it will start to leak as the water needs to go somewhere.

Useful, but dishonest description for what you get
A very useful addition to my Source hydration system, however, product does NOT come with a carrying pouch as mentioned in the product description.
