Hi, did anyone found speakers parameters to build cabinet for 8" sub? Thank you.

I found the specs *thiele small parameters" for this driver after a bit of luck and a lot of searching. Assuming you know how to use these they are: FS: 38Hz / Qts: .54 / Qms: 7.1 / Qes: .58 / Vas: 22.6 Litres / Sd: 218 cm2 / Mms: 50.5g / BL: 12.2 / Xmax: 5mm I have put these is a 40 litre cabinet tuned to 38hz. QB4 alignment suggests 36 litres, but 40L will allows for port, bracing and driver. it's a big box but wow the bass is crazy. These are possibly one of the most under rated drivers I have come across for a while :) I made the cabinets using a 36mm mdf (2 x 18 mm sheets glued together) and heavily braced. I have another pair as main speakers for the home theatre with a tweeter. They also extend quite well into the mid range and with a bit of cunning in the crossover network you can get these to sound surprisingly good. - no subwoofer needed.

I have a 50W*2 and 100w sub amp, would this be a good subwoofer to use for it? I know you should match,I'm struggling to find anything below 500w rms

For the price this unit is excellent all round, but I would suggest it needs more power than 2 channel (2x50W) or singe 100W. I recommend 100W RMS amp at least per speaker to get these drivers going properly :-)

Are these mid or low range?

I have the 8" and it's very definitely a sub/low range, I think the 5.25 will drive low with the right crossover but I would class as a mid.

what is the output of each unit in terms of watts- RMS ?
