Ritz-Carlton Pacific Coast Double Down Surround Standard Pillow Set (2 Pillows) by Pacific Pillows

I was very disappointed with these pillows! I bought them because I slept on a double down surround pillows in one of the Universal's resorts and it was amazing. however the pillows that I got go flat as soon as you lay down on them. I do not feel the support at all. Moreover I have to use two pillows instead of one because one its like having no pillow at all. I really start to wonder if it's a double surround pillow, because it feels like a regular down/feather pillow. If you are a side sleeper than this pillow is not for you at all! It's ok pillow for back sleepers.

Was looking for pillows that we had when we stayed at the Ritz during past vacations. Don't know if these are exactly the pillows at our hotel but these are wonderful! Feathers don't come out and they are super soft and hold their shape! Love these pillows.

Ordered the pillows my wife wanted, and she loves them. I still get to use my rice pillow, or kind of like a rice pillow. Well made Pacific Pillow. The wife lets a little air out of the pillow protector to deflate the pillow to the softness she likes. She likes them so much, she won't let me use one. These I think are worth the buy.

Couldn't believe these pillows after receiving. Hard as a rock and flat. Opened package and saw them, immediately boxed them back up for return.

Maybe I was expecting too much, or maybe I'm a seeker of perfection, but somehow these just weren't what I was hoping for in a luxury pillow. They're cozy and comfy, no doubt, but they flatten quite a bit and become a little harder than I expected during the night. I might have just stayed with the ordinary pillows I had, to be honest.
