I hqve a resmed escape cpap machine. how long will this power it for and do you sell the dc adapter?

I ran my Resmed S9 Elite for 2 nights, 8 hours each. Running on DC with humidifier at lowest setting and with standard tubing, and still 1 bar of power left. Because Resmed requires a conversion from 12V to 24V, I had to purchase a TAIFU car charger adapter from Amazon for about $30.00. Worked flawlessly. Highly recommend both this power station and the adapter.

can you run a electric drill with this

Probably not. From what I see, most electric drills draw 300+ watts. This power station is rated at 200W max.

Can I charge a portable oxygen machine with this?

I have a inogen3. Went camping this past week. Basically if I ran thr o2 on 1 liter. And had a charged battery. It would use about 3 bars or almost the whole battery charge. I only have a 25w solar panel. I will get a stronger one to charge it before I go camping again.
