Surprising how much fat there is...

.. I'd recommend grilling these, any other way of cooking will end with the burgers swimming in fat. Having said that, they have an excellent texture and taste good.

Low meat content

These loose around 40% of weight based on an oven cook. The 40% is fat. Therefore these are very expensive as you get about 400g of meat after cooking
