Nice shoes, as expected with Ecco, but the image here is a bit misleading: I expected dark grey with contrast stitching in light grey. Both were medium grey, which makes the shoe look larger. Exchanging for black

This shoe is comfortable, true to size, and stylish.

I love Ecco shoes for travel - particularly to Europe. They are stylish enough to where you can dress them up or down. My mother would say they are hideous, but I think they are kind of edgy and funky looking. The real draw though is that they are incredibly comfortable. Even walking 10 miles on cobble stone streets don't make my feet hurt in these, and they have better arch support than most shoes. Because they are a soft leather (almost suede) I spray mine with water repellant spray really well before I take them on a trip to keep them in good shape and repel water. I really like how they use good quality leather - these are not cheaply made - which allows them to form to your foot and make them more comfortable the more you wear them. I have a pair of Eccos similar to this style except in high tops too. My daughters (9 & 11) who now wear my shoe size and a little bigger steal my Eccos from me and wear them to school all the time now! I think I'll let them keep my old pairs and get new ones. :-)

Love these shoes, this is my 5th pair, lots of color choices.

I wore these out all day long and my feet felt great. They are light weight and super comfortable. So worth the money.

I tend to wear these shoes all the time now since buying a pair a few years ago.It was good to find a pair at a better price on Amazon but I'm only giving four stars as this pair seem to have a bit of a stiff zip. It's not so bad that I'll have to return them but not as good as all my other pairs.

I typically wear an Ecco 7. (With Ecco size 6.5 and 7 are the same shoe.) It's rare that a 7 is too small and a 7.5 is always too big when the 7 is too small This 7 was small enough that I thought I'd live to regret the purchase and so sent it back.I ordered a 7.5 and of course, it's too big for me in volume, width, and the heel, but the length is right (perhaps the tiniest bit longer than a typical 7.) The heel doesn't matter so much because they're soft and a little slippage in socks with this style will do nothing. So, I put two different thin layers of forefront shoe inserts (insole inserts cut down to fit around the last in my orthotics) and my orthotics and the size 7.5 boots fit just fine. The 7 looked a bit neater in the heel and I would have preferred the fit of the 7 save for the length.A PERSON WHO TYPICALLY WEARS A SIZE 6.5 IN OTHER BRANDS MAY FIND THIS 7 TO BE JUST FINE.

I love these so much, I have two pairs (one bought locally and 2nd pair from Amazon). The first pair I've had for a couple of years and they still look and feel great so I bought another in a different colour.They're a nice fit in that the style of the shoe looks great with long pants and some that might be a bit shorter (because they're a bootie, they pants can be a bit shorter and still look good). That means I only one pair of shoes when travelling vs having to bring multiple pairs to accommodate differing pant lengths.
