I bought it for the living room in between furniture purchases. The couch had to go sooner than later. So I use this until I buy something more permanent. I'm 6'5" and the chair is a little short for me, but otherwise it's really comfortable. It's great as a video game chair, so it might not totally disappear when I get new furniture.I did need to contact customer service for a small issue, and it was resolved without issue. THANK YOU!

Very comfortable. Very easy to get in and out of. The head pillow is a bit hard but I turned to headrest to the rear of the chair and inserted a small soft pillow under the elastic band for a perfect nap chair. About the only thing I can think of to make it better would be a mount for a sun umbrella or some type of shading for the afternoon heat. That would be an accessory I would buy.

Definitely not a 33-in chair. But I hold it up next to my old 33-in chair it's much smaller. My tape measure don't lie. They must be using the Chinese tape measure. The box says 33 in but it's definitely not 33 in. I missed the width of my old chair because I'm 6 ft 1 308 lb and I like to be able to sit in it with my arms inside of the arms. With this chair my arms are always on the armrest and I don't like that it makes my arms go to sleep whereas if I put them inside along side of me I don't have the problem with my arms going to sleep. This chair is not wide enough for that I don't have room to put my arms on either side of me without putting them on the chair's arms. I fall asleep and wake up an hour later with both of my arms numb and tingling from going to sleep haven't been resting on these hard plastic alarm for an hour it's cutting my circulation off with the pressure on the bottom of my arms causing my fingers to go to sleep which wakes me up that is uncomfortable.

Positive: It is well made and came lighnting fast to my residence. All the parts were there and undamaged. The cushion is very nice and if I were to use it the cushioning would be great. The seat size is huge. I don't think I needed the 33" seat. Myself and a grandchild could sit in the seat; and I am not a toothpick.Negative: It is not zero gravity, at least not by my definition. It onlys comes up like a chaise lounge would but for more money. As I bought this to use after stomach surgery it is difficult to hae the chair lay back without the surgery.Have not decided if I am going to send it back or not. Plan on purchasing a true zero gravity from another vendor for comparison.

My husband loves his chair! a recliner on the go! sturdy, and the cushioned pad is great quality. well worth the money spent.

Cushion is poor quality and slides down. I ended up taking it off and letting my dogs use it for a dog bed. The size of the chair is nice and without the cushion it's a nice chair.

This is very comfy & sturdy!! We used it indoors for an extra chair during family parties and it worked great!!

I'd like to get a replacement bolt or nut for the arm. And not have to send the whole chair back. if this possible please let me know.
