Looove this as a pre workout supplement
I REALLY like this pre workout powder. The grape flavor is one of the good grape flavors and not a super artificial tasting grape. The mix does give me energy to get through a workout without over energizing me or giving me the jitters. I also appreciate the added amino acids as I feel like this helps my recovery time. Also - I have a sensitive stomach and haven’t experienced any GI distress associated with use of this product which is a huuuge plus for me

The Best Pre-Whatever to Make Me Run/Lift/Yell at the TV
Addictive in all the best ways. Three to four scoops and 32 ounces and freeze it for about an hour so it’s all slushy goodness. Run like the wind. Mixes exceptionally well and free of any chalky stuff. More expensive than I would like, but I majored in sociology and that’s my fault.

Best flavor, use it daily for energy, good with diet
Love this stuff. Best flavor by far. Tried the others and they all seem like u didn’t add enough powder. I use it during the day bc I don’t drink coffee… it gets me motivated, peps you up, and it definitely helps on the days I go to the gym. I’ve added 1-2 weights on every machine I normally use, when I drink this 30-60min before. I even had a friend who doesn’t believe in preworkout try it, he said the same. Lifted more weight than normal. Mixes good, dissolves pretty easy, I make 3 on Monday and leave in fridge for when I am in a rush. I got the big one to save money. Just wish it was a little cheaper since I use it daily. It’s also like 10 calories so it doesn’t affect your diet.

Better than coffee no crash afterwards and taste incredible
I stopped drinking coffee after I got this and I feel like I can’t live without it. It’s definitely a staple in my house. I drink it every single day. I can drink it on an empty stomach and I have a sensitive stomach. If I wake up, I typically have to have a little bit of food before any kind of liquid other than coffee with creamer except for this, I could drink this anytime, no matter how my stomach is feeling it always gives me tons of energy. Makes me feel really good and it’s good for my health too. There’s just no point in drinking coffee if you’re drinking this. And the best part is you don’t get a crash afterwards. It mixes extremely easy. You don’t need a shaker cup. You could put it in a regular cup and stir it with a spoon. You could put it in a blender with ice. You could put it in a shaker cup without the spring and just shake it for a couple seconds, but it mixes very well totally satisfies your thirst and it tastes so freaking good. Every time I go to the movies at night I feel like my bottle with this and take it with me because I know I won’t fall asleep during the movie.

Good, but ingredients could be cleaner
I’ve tried a lot of pre-workouts and “energy” supplements over the years, and this is one of the few I consistently come back to because it gives clean, smooth energy without making me feel overstimulated. The caffeine level feels very balanced — enough to noticeably improve energy, focus, and workout performance, but without the jitters, anxiety, or heart-racing feeling that stronger pre-workouts can cause. One thing I especially like is using this fasted before workouts. I often train on an empty stomach, and this gives me a solid energy boost without upsetting my stomach or making me feel shaky. A lot of aggressive pre-workouts are way too harsh when taken fasted, but this one feels much smoother and more manageable. The taste is also surprisingly good. Concord Grape can sometimes taste overly artificial in supplements, but this one is easy to drink and doesn’t have the extremely bitter chemical aftertaste that many amino or pre-workout powders have. I also like that the caffeine comes from green tea and green coffee extracts rather than relying entirely on harsh synthetic stimulants. The formula includes amino acids and about 100mg of caffeine per serving to support energy and focus. The ability to adjust the scoop amount depending on how much energy you want is another nice feature. That said, I do have mixed feelings about some of the additional ingredients. While the overall product works well for me, I personally would prefer a cleaner formula with fewer unnecessary additives, flavoring agents, and artificial ingredients. Many supplement companies add sweeteners, coloring agents, preservatives, or filler ingredients that don’t really contribute to performance or health, and I wish this product leaned harder into a more natural ingredient profile. For people who want an extremely high-stimulant pre-workout, this may feel too mild. But for anyone looking for a cleaner-feeling everyday workout energy supplement that doesn’t cause jitters or make your heart feel like it’s pounding out of your chest, this is one of the better options I’ve used.

**Review: Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy - Concord Grape Flavor** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently picked up a tub of Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy in the Concord Grape flavor, and let me just say—it has completely transformed my pre-workout routine. As someone who struggles to find energy before workouts without jumping off the deep end into stimulants, this product strikes the perfect balance. First off, the taste is outstanding. I was a bit skeptical about a grape-flavored energy powder living up to my expectations, but the Concord Grape flavor is surprisingly refreshing and not overly sweet. It feels like a treat rather than a chore to drink before hitting the gym. I've tasted my fair share of pre-workouts, and this one genuinely stands out—not too artificial, just the right amount of fruity deliciousness. Now onto the nitty-gritty. This amino energy powder contains BCAAs and essential amino acids that worthwhile nutrient profiles should have. What I appreciate the most is the inclusion of green tea and green coffee extract, which provide a gentle but effective boost. I don't get the jitters or a sudden crash afterward—just clean energy that carries me through my workout. It's really keto-friendly, too—it fits right into my diet without sacrificing my goals. I've found that just two scoops work wonders for me whether I’m lifting weights, going for a run, or attending that dreaded early morning HIIT class. It’s also flexible—sometimes I’ll take it just for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up when I feel my energy wane. In conclusion, Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy has become my go-to for encouraging productivity in both workouts and daily tasks. If you're on the lookout for an effective, tasty, and healthier pre-workout option that feels like a bonus rather than a must-do, definitely give this a try. You’ll be thanking yourself once you experience that grape-flavored boost!

Amidst the horde of low quality supplement companies, Optimum Nutritions Aminos stand out
I will begin by saying I have used many supplements throughout the years, and at this point I have realized that there are no such thing as magic formulas or secret supplements to achieve your goals. Hard work is what gets you what you want and it is here that Optimum Nutrition shines. When using ON aminos I didn't feel as hyped I guess but I had some of my best and longest workouts while using it. It isn't a flashy design that makes empty promises of 'getting shredded', or claims to give you instant overnight results but it certainly helps maximize work capacity with the fatigue you eventually encounter when you workout hard year round. It is interesting in that while it might seem underwhelming if you have tried some of the stronger stimulant based pre workout supplements like 'hyde', 'bang' and others that are packed with caffeine and other stims, what you will find is that you don't get the same burnout effect like when taking those other supplements. There isn't a comedown period or stim crash and you don't wake up the next day feeling like you have a mini hangover. Because as someone who was using strong stimulants for months on end it began feeling like I couldn't even bring myself to do normal activities if I didn't have large amounts of caffeine. Not only this, but there seems to be a purer feeling from amino energy, which I assume is due to the fact that the energy isn't produced solely from caffeine although it is in there. As an athlete or even the average yet dedicated gym goer the body needs the means to rebuild after intense workouts, and amino energy does this well. And furthermore, while I believe most supplements are a waste of time and money I believe given enough time to recognize the difference you will find that this is the perfect balance for a pre workout or intra workout supplement. Insofar as my specific order on Amazon I ordered two 30 serving cans of amino energy because at times the flavors can become a bit tiring, however Concord grape is by far the best. It is sweet but not too sweet, and if you drink it throughout your workout you don't get a funny taste in your mouth. From the flavors I have tried I believe it is as follows: Concord Grape 8/10 Coffee Mocha 6/10 Watermelon 5/10

From a novice user...
I made a decision to take better care of myself around July of 2022. I walked an average of 4 to 5 miles about 4 times a week. When the fall came and it became a bit too cold for outside walking to my liking, I joined a gym. I've been going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week since October 2022. After some of my friends started seeing I had lost some weight they asked if I was working out. I said yes and they asked me about supplements. I had no clue of what to take and I hadn't taken anything. Well... this year I started to have some muscle and joint fatigue from having more strenuous workouts. I was told I should be taking a pre and post workout, whey protein and using hemp cream etc. I read several reviews on Amazon and I went with this for my pre workout choice. It's the highest rated and the reviews seem consistent. Here are my initial thoughts... After understanding what a pre workout drink is and why one would want to take it... I definitely decided to make it a part of my routine. For energy in the past... it was coffee in the morning and then straight to the gym. Coffee would give me a boost. So I had the right idea for what I was doing. However... this is going to give you a boost as well as muscle recovery etc. I took the pre workout when I got to the gym, the minimum serving of 2 scoops with 10oz of cold water. Within 10 mins I felt AMAZING. I went harder in the gym that session than I ever had from October of 2022 to February 2023. Like the package says... take 15 to 30mins before training. I kid you not.... I really could have continued to do more exercises and reps in the gym but I had to go. I had been there over 90mins of weight training. For at least another hour after leaving I was amped. Not jittery or shaky... just energized to do something. I am a believer. Also... grape is delicious. I will continue to make this a part of my journey. I also recommend Dymatize Whey Protein. I have cookies and cream and gormet vanilla... both are delicious.

Great flavour
Have been using this brand for a while. Flavour is great and it gives me the energy sources I need when I'm training. Good value for money when buying the larger tub.
