Great laptop at a very competitive price
Laptop received in a perfect condition. Hard to believe that this is refurbished. This is an excellent Dell laptop.

Very good laptop from good supplier
Nice laptop, but 1st one kept freezing. Contacted supplier, they couldn't have been better - arranged swap - new one working without fault so far.Originally bought to dual boot, but easier to stick to Linux Mint as far more grown up than Windows (Microsoft treat every user as if 3 years old!).

Blue screening and crashing
In good cosmetic condition but with a hardware fault machine kept blue screening and crashing at arbitrary intervals. Clearly the machine was not checked properly.Annoying issues and NO seller support whatsoever.Amazon intervened and provided a full refund.Not a seller I would feel comfortable with so not recommend. Sorry

Refurb Laptop lives up to it's Billing
Description as stated in excellent condition looks the business. seems to function ok. Needs an extended test drive to check out all the functions . So far my purchases from the Warehouse have lived up to their billing in terms of price and quality.

Superb deal from start to finish.
Wow, this has to be one of my best purchases ever. The laptop was in perfect condition and the seller even had a document in the box to explain how to set up the battery for maximum effectiveness. The laptop is turned on at around 7:00 am and goes off again at 23:00 pm with just a few hours standing with the lid down. I charge it at lunch time every two days and it does well.I bought my first computer in the early 70's (an Oric1 - 1MB) and upgraded almost every year but this is the fastest laptop I have ever owned. I only ordered it as a standby until my new gaming quality PC arrived, it is now here but I am still happy to spend most of my day on this laptop.

Be careful
Laptop was OK but not as advertised on Amazon's Web site. I ordered a Dell Latitude with windows 11 and was sent one running windows 10,and charged me £60 extra for this. I tried to get a replacement but that's not available. When I did eventually speak to a human this was solved and a refund was made and the Laptop was picked up by a courier. This was done very efficiently. It was a good laptop so I'm quite Disappointed.
