Water comes out luke warm in the winter at best. On really cold nights more like cold water that is not freezing. In the summer it is not so bad on the hot temperature. The water gets pretty warm but not hot. I think the hot water limiting setup is the biggest draw back to this shower head.

Works fine. Decent water pressure. Needed some adjustments but got it sorted and I can take a nice hot shower so it does it’s job!

Delta makes the best products and has done so for a long time.

THIS DOES NOT COME WITH THE MOST IMPORTANT PIECE FOR IT TO WORK! This is only the outside decorative stuff. The piece that your contractor, plumber or you will need to have to install BEHIND the drywall is NOT included. I being NOT a plumber had no idea that the valve not included was such a big deal. Its a separate piece that will cost you another $40-$50 depending on where you get it from. PS Lowes and or Home Depot won't have this. Thankfully there's another local supply store about 35 minutes from me that is a Delta dealer that had the valves in stock and I was able to run and go get these for my contractor so our bathroom renovation wasn't delayed. He was flabbergasted that anyone even sold a faucet WITHOUT the most important piece (the piece that makes it work)! I felt so bad, lesson learned for the next time.With that being said it looks BEAUTIFUL in both of our new bathrooms! We chose to do a white subway tile with white grout and a white hexagon floor with black grout and a wall niche with seafood green subway tile in each bathroom and with the black in the grout the black fixtures look amazing!

Easy to install

I read all the questions about this product. Multiple people asked if it came with the cartridge. Half the answers said yes the others said no. I received mine yesterday and it did come with the cartridge. It does not come with the rough in valve. You will need a 1000 series valve. The other very important thing is that you adjust the temperature and then forget it. The handle turns the water on and off, but every time it will come out the same temperature. So if you and your household members like different temperature showers I'd go with another option. Overall this looks and feels sturdy.
