Received item as promised and on time. Out of the box, plugged the included dongle into the PC and everything worked without any struggle. Impressed with this product. This is being used for a smaller conference room, works great, tested with others on the other end, stated very clear. No wires in the way!

Wanted a speaker/mic for Zoom calls. This actually solved my problem of not enough general volume coming out of my docked to external screens laptop for watching videos,etc. Pairs quickly. Loud, nice quality sound when using it linked to cell phone, BUT it doesnt solve my problem of my echo-ey office. Callers tell me I sound like I'm in a large empty room. Yes, I know, it sounds like that anyway unless I use a headset mic- so the mic on this device is going to give you true sound of the room you are in, its not going to help bad acoustics (which I was hoping it would). It appears to keep itself on mute unless you activate it, which is nice. I keep it plugged in, so not sure of battery life.

Battery lasts long. Sound quality and connectivity is solid.

I use it in my workout room so I can zoom with my trainer and other exercisers online. It works well. Participants can hear me regardless of where I’m standing in the room.

While this worked, it worked very well. Then the batteries stopped charging. We had three of these for meetings over Zoom for our conference room, one after another. In all three cases the batteries stopped holding a charge in a matter of months. Clear sound if you you only need it for a meeting or two, but now they are paper weights, reminders of expensively bad decisions.

Sound quality from speaker and microphone are great. Battery power lasts. Easy to set up and connect quickly.

This thing works awesome! AI canceling noise woks great, can pick voices from a long way off like they are right next to the speaker. Easy connect to any device by Bluetooth or cable.

Have not extensively used yet, initial usage shows it is a good piece of products as it is advertised.

Looking for a speaker with mic for my pc online meeting needs. I tried a few Bluetooth speaker before and it seems Bluetooth speaker is only good for temporary phone call, not for video conference. This speakerphone works perfect for my video conference needs. I wish it could lower the volume a bit when use as speaker, but overall It is nearly perfect and I have no complain.

I think this is a good option. It is a good size and the speaker is very good, clear and loud. Based on feedback, microphones work well and noise cancellation is also good. I have been using for a couple of days and so far I am satisfied with the product. If needed, I’ll update my review in the future.

This worked well while it lasted, but less than a year later it cuts out regular and I lose audio on Teams calls.

I decided to buy this as a backup for a business meeting and I'm happy I did. Worked great for 14 people around a conference room. Clear on both sides of the conversation. Would definitely recommend.
