Convenient size, light weight, solid construction, easy to use
I debated long and hard abiut buying a mini version vs the Aranet4. With international shipping the latter is an enormous expense, and so I decided to try this one instead as several reviews ranked it highly. I can see why. It is small but solid. Comes with a clip attachment which makes it easy to add to a bag. Type C charger provided anf the battery indicator does show when charging. I have only used in my home so far, but seems to do what I wanted it for, which is give an idea of a rooms air quality. I plan to take this to meetings, classrooms etc and hopefully motivate for better ventilation practices with evidence. The calibration does take a few minutes. When I switched on mine in a well ventilated large airy room it reads 550, but 5-10 minutes later it was at 400.

Difficulty charging
This product seems to work decently well. The readings spike when I’m in crowded indoor places and drop when outdoors. I don’t know how accurate the numerical reading is. Unfortunately, it is very temperamental about charging. I am on a vacation right now and have discovered that the device refuses to charge with any of the USB-C cables or adaptors that I have with me… which defeats the point of bringing it.

Small but accurate CO2 sensors
I like to use these because they're small enough to attach to your boot laces when you're hiking around someplace that might have CO2 emissions such as Mammoth Mountain or other outdoor regions that might accumulate CO2. This is really important for safety purposes if you're hiking around anywhere on volcanoes. You can also use it to monitor air quality in enclosed spaces such as classrooms, or aircraft while you're waiting for your plane to take off.

It's true what they say about the battery
The battery is almost always run out when I need to use this. It makes it only minimally useful to me. So at home I leave it charging all the time, and when I got out I often forget to get it. I wish it had a better battery!

Works good
This CO2 detector has been working very accurately. I have compared it to other more expensive detector and the measurements on both are pretty much the same. It is very portable and easy to use.

Don't waste your money
I was leaving for a trip to Rome for a cruise and 2 days before I was set to leave someone sent me a video on IG about tourist dying of CO2 poisoning on resorts and airbnb rentals so I frantically looked to find some mini detectors ad the video suggested. I purchased a total of 3 for friends and I. The one with great reviews wouldn't arrive on time and this one kept coming up as a sponsored item and would be delivered before I left for my trip. So against my better judgement I purchased them.Well, when we arrived at our Airbnb in Rome we all opened our mini detector and they were all reading different numbers in the same room sitting next to each other. They began going higher and higher and they started to beep. This went on all night long so of course i kept checking to see if I was alive!!Currently, mine is reading 1600 but was 2006 when I started this review. It was higher than 5000 when I woke up an hour ago! Perhaps it reads blood pressure instead of CO2.I will be returning these when I get back to the States.

Stopped working after first use
Battery went dead, and it will not charge nor power on. It doesn’t matter whether I use the charger it came with or another; it remains completely dead. And of course it’s now past the return window, so I cannot get a replacement or refund. Very disappointed. Essentially, I threw my money away for nothing buying this.

Only able to use once!!!
Used once on a trip to the dentist. Needed it today, but it won't take a charge. Should have purchased the Aranet.
