BLOOD GLUCOSE METER KIT ACCU CHECK ACTIVE

Purchased new May 2021.Why is the test solution not included with this expensive kit? I cannot even find it on Amazon. The booklet says to call customer service to see where to get the test solution but nobody answers and a recording says the number is NOT in service. Great! Felt awful yesterday so I checked my glucose level with this meter and it read 622. I immediately went to the local emergency room and their reading was 223. I felt like an ass! They said to calibrate my meter. It is only 2 months old and I can't even purchase the testing solution to calibrate it. Turns out I had AFIB but the meter is a piece of useless junk, BEWARE!

It almost looks like it was used!!, didn’t have the plastic on the little screen like it usually comes with, the battery just ,flipped out when I opened it like if someone just shoved it in their,,the seal from the bottom of the the box was cut off,,is that how everyone has been receiving it??
