I recently bought this electric griddle on Amazon, and I’m really glad I did! It heats up quickly and evenly, which makes cooking breakfast, lunch, or even quick dinners super convenient. I’ve used it for pancakes, eggs, bacon, grilled cheese, and even veggies, it handles everything perfectly.The non-stick surface works great. Food slides right off, and cleanup is so easy, just a quick wipe with a damp cloth and it’s good to go. I also love that it has a drip tray to catch excess grease, which helps keep things neat and a little healthier.It’s a good size, too, big enough to cook for a few people at once, but still compact enough to store without taking up too much space. The temperature control is simple to use and gives good results without overheating.For the price, I think it’s a great value. Whether you cook a lot or just want something easy to use without firing up the stove, this griddle is a great buy. Highly recommend!

We’re currently without a kitchen thanks to a pipe leak (fun!), and this griddle has seriously saved the day. It’s big enough to handle way more than a normal stovetop, think full breakfasts, grilled sandwiches, or a couple of burgers all at once, and it heats up super quickly. We've used it nearly every day since we got it.Cleanup has been easy too (thankfully we still have sink access!) the nonstick surface actually lives up to the hype, and the drip tray helps keep the mess to a minimum. I also really appreciate the wide temperature range, which makes it feel more versatile than just a basic griddle - especially for the cost.Honestly, even after our kitchen is fixed, I think this one’s staying in rotation since it's just super handy and such a great surface area compared to a stovetop.

I’m so glad we bought this! We use it pretty regularly because cleaning it is such a breeze, and so many things are easier to cook on it than on the stove. We were hesitant because growing up our families had griddles that never were used simply because it was too much of a hassle to get out and set up, clean, etc. this one is awesome! Great quality and great price. Plus, it cooks food quickly and we haven’t had much of an issue with anything sticking - we do use a little bit of olive oil sprayed or brushed on the griddle for some things out of caution but maybe wouldn’t even need the oil if we tried it without.

The heating elements don't heat the strip down the center of the griddle as hot as the top and bottom.

If your in the reviews just buy it. I thought the price was too good to be true but its not, I tested the non stick surface with teriyaki marinated steak and it came off like water. The size it perfect for camping, apartments/dorms, or to replace the toaster oven you need to get rid of (seriously get rid of it) and you can easily make 2 full size Philly's on this or 4 burgers with buns. You only need the heat to be 300-350 for the heat to be perfect and quick and the high elevated surface helps it cool down quick if you need to cut the heat to but cant move the food rite away. Also MIND YOUR FINGERS WITH THE BOTTOM I tried spreading oil 1 handed so i wanted to tilt it but underestimated how small the lip underneath was and got a 3rd degree burn on my fingertips in a split second

I really like it! It makes great bacon, eggs, and French toast. I have to try my buttermilk pancakes on it. It's easy to clean and set up too.

Great lightweight griddle. About all we use it for is hotcakes. Provides even heat throughout the griddle. Cleans up easily and is lightweight. Great product.

Heats quickly and cooks well! Capable of a sear and crisping food. Like most electric cookers there are "hot spots" but these even out in time. Would buy again, excellent griddle for the price.
