I’ve been using this at least weekly for the past 1.5 years, mostly for rice and pasta, and it works great. It fits all the pot sizes I’ve used and strains really well with minimal food loss. It is pretty thick but I do wish it was a bit higher so I could cook a fuller pot, but it still gets the job done. The silicone is easy to clean—I usually put it in the dishwasher, but it’s just as quick to hand wash. No rust on the metal clips either. Great product overall.

I have this four stars because although it works great it needs to be bigger. It's just too small to use on a big pot of pasta. Fine for small and medium sized pots but don't expect it to catch all your pasta in a big pot.

I LOVE this gadget! Cooking pasta is so much easier using this strainer that I am doing it more often than I used to. No more struggling to juggle a large colander over my small sink and then get the pasta from the colander back into the pot or onto a dish. This makes it a simple, one-hand operation. I find it easiest to clip it on the pot before I start cooking. The strainer washes up very easily, and I find that food doesn't get caught or stick to it. I'm so happy I found this!

Simple, sturdy, and works perfectly This pasta strainer does exactly what it’s supposed to do—and does it really well. The holes are the perfect size to drain water quickly without losing noodles, even thinner pasta. It feels sturdy, not flimsy, and doesn’t bend or wobble when it’s full. I also like that it’s easy to rinse clean and doesn’t trap food. I’ve used it for pasta and vegetables. No issues with rust or weird smells. If you want a reliable strainer that just works, this is a solid buy. Highly recommend.

Works great. Handy to clip on to any size of pan. It's small enough for easy storage.

Clips on easily but liquid leaks between it and the pan which sucks. Could be better. Great idea though

I was very leery about purchasing this strainer. I thought to myself it’s one of those products. I will probably have to return. Boy was I surprised! It’s easy to use just clip it on the pot before you strain it, it goes right in the dishwasher top shelf, and it’s easy to store. When I removed it from the packaging, I thought this is bent but when I used it, I realize it needed to be bent order for it to strain. I bought the bright green, so it’s easy to see when stored. I was looking at pots that the side locks and self straining lid, to be honest I didn’t need another pot so I purchased this instead. I’m very happy with the price.
