I feel like I've been about 10lbs overweight for the last 15 years. I like exercise, but somewhere along the way it became a way of punishing myself for not being as slim as I 'should' be. And of course I could never stick to these insane workout routines because they take too much obsession and they're just not fun (plus I started to get problems with my knees - shocker 😏).Then I watched the documentary 'Embrace' (obviously this isn't a review of that, but I completely recommend it!), and realised that's no way to live, so I decided I was only going to do exercise I love from now on. I wanted something to make me feel like I'd worked, but also had fun.Then I ordered this and I'm so glad I did! I've fallen in love with exercise again.Make no mistake, this isn't easy, but neither does it make you want to cry. It's fun, challenging (you will sweat) and the workouts are just the right length at 30 minutes. I feel so energised when I'm done.Since getting this I've found about more about Jessica and I love her philosophy - very much about being healthy, not just about being skinny. And she had a great energy that she brings to each workout.I've bought two more of Jessica's box sets since buying this and I haven't even really done any of those workouts yet, as I'm enjoying this programme so much! Unheard of as I usually jump from programme to programme unable to complete them, feeling bad about myself, but convinced that the next one will work. I've finally broken that pattern and I feel great.Thank you Jessica!

I love this DVD. Having recently discovered Jessica Smith she is now my number 1 go to for workout DVDs. I am 53 and workout 5 nights a week so 30 mins is enough for me. Having done many other workout DVDs in the past what I like about Jessica's workouts in comparison to others is that the music is quicker and she engages more arm exercises so you use your full body in every exercise and get a really great workout! No going back for me now, it's Jessica all the way!

I love this DVD. It is just the business. I am 54 and not into gyms. These workouts are challenging but doable and you feel great after them. I do them religiously every day and really feel good. There are 3 levels so you can work to your level and work up over time. I have bought a few of Jessica's DVDs mainly based on Amazon recommendation and I am so pleased I gave them a try. I started out with the 3 DVD walkon set that had the dance walks and just loved them. They are slightly easier than this one and a good start for anyone who wants to start a little more gently. Jessica comes across as very friendly and pleasant and gives great instruction and encouragement. I am toning up great and I feel better and in great form. Totally recommend.. great boost. Enjoy!

Great workouts.
I bought this after seeing Jessica Smith workouts on YouTube and enjoying them, this has 4, 30 minute workouts covering cardio, weights, an hiit routine and a stretching and flexibility workout, and although they seem quite gentle in a lot of ways with the walking and "easy" routines you can most definitely feel you have had a workout without it being too hard and physical, you can pick which ones you want to do, do one do all 4 if your feeling particularly energetic.

Excellent fitness DVD for all levels
I absolutely love this 2 part DVD (4 sections 30 mins each). Jessica's mum does beginners, Jessica is intermediate and the friend is advance so you can move up as you get fitter. Jessica explains the exercises so well, especially the weights section . I don't follow the 21 day plan as such, I just do the abs cardio session and then the weights (30 mins each). Best of all the ab work is done standing up! Definitely recommend to buy it!

A great buy
Love this DVD, four great workouts to give you an all over body blast, I now have all Jessica's 'Walk On' DVD's and wish I could buy her new 'Walk Strong' DVD series which is only available in the states unfortunately. Love Jessica, she is so positive and encouraging and makes you feel like you've really accomplished something.

An excellent workout
Fantastic workout could really feel it the next day. I tend to do both workouts on disc 1 then the next day do both workouts on disc 2 then repeat this everyday. Exercise 5x a week. Im sure i will see a difference after 21 days. As usual a great workout from jessica.

Best exercise DVD ive ever bought. I have RA so cant do anything high impact but wanted a challenging workout. This gives that and more. Jessica Smith is motivating and a good instructor, have bought several of her DVDs since
