I love this thing. When I was a little girl, my mom had a home-made one that she purchased from her hairdresser. I inherited it as a young adult and used it daily (18 inch waist) : )After three children, I was so busy that I forgot about it (27 inches now!) By the time my middle got a few inches bigger, I couldn't locate in the basement where I thought I'd packed it away. After my oldest grew up, married, and had children of his own, he finally admitted letting a long ago girlfriend have it. : (I've bought plastic ones that were pitiful. I'm so glad I found this one. I'm back in my routine and my 32" waist is feeling the pain and saying good-bye forever! Down an inch already!!!

Great product for I do with my young dogs to help build rear-end awareness. Works well, is well made, does not squeak or squeal. Overall a sturdy and reliable tool for training with dogs. I’m sure it’s just as solid and reliable for human use as well.

I Love the Twister Board, which I received yesterday. It is great, in my first opinion to how I tested one evening. Though, the bearings are Only in the center, and therefore there is no any other support to keep your weight At All; which means that you Must Step in the Middle and carefully spread your weight evenly on the disk before you can start excessing safely - but, still keep the balance.My suggestion to the producer of this great Item: please have two lines of the steal bearings, then, it would be safe and Super Great!!!PS: Being Light Weight of the exercising equipment is not a benefit - it is unsteadiness ...

I literally just got this in the mail, opened it, and jumped on right away. I went for about 20 minutes, which was surprisingly tiring. First of all, the package was perfect and the product was brand new out of the box. Second, mine doesn’t squeak at all and is actually incredibly quiet. Third, this thing is STURDY and I’m 220+ lbs. A lot of other companies’ products are cheap plastic and rubber, which degrade and break easily. This one is solid wood and just an overall excellent quality. When using it, I can truly feel my core and legs burning, which is a great sign that it actually works. Add some hand weights and you’ll have a pretty solid full body workout!I’m trying to drop some significant fat and increase muscle. At first, I wanted a walking pad, but decided they were too expensive and I don’t have room for one. I found this while researching inexpensive at-home workout equipment that’s compact, works, and is affordable. Best $40 I’ve ever spent. I can use this while watching a movie or tv, listening to music or a podcast. You can tailor your workouts by standing up straight (easy), squatting (more difficult), or doing something in between (moderate). Also, the size and shape makes it super easy to store and the rubber mat it comes with is just an added bonus.

I have Ms and am using this to help my motion, so far, so good. It fits perfectly between the legs of my walker so I don't have to worry so much about tipping.

Works great super quiet. I originally bought a plastic one but it was so loud when I used it returned it and go this one. What a difference in noise. I can hear my tv while twisting away

But be careful when getting on and off

This is so quiet you can watch TV.I quit using the one I had before, plastic because it made so much noise.

Made of a top and bottom layer of about 5/8 inch plywood with a ball bearing track in between. the top has a layer of that fine gravelly black non-slip stuff. It also comes with a rubber mat to place it on.The higher price is well worth it (although it has gone up in price since I bought it). It is much sturdier, heavier, bigger and has a higher weight limit than the cheap flimsy plastic ones. It appears that the ball bearings might be replaceable by undoing the screws.The only real downside is that the ball bearing track is open to the air on the sides and could easily get clogged with dust or pet hair. Mine has been on the floor for a week and I can already see cat hair on the inner layer. A large plastic shower cap type thing to put over the top and tuck underneath would be ideal or you could put it in a drawstring bag after each use.My Mom had a bright orange twister back in the 70s and the memory of that is what made me search this out. Even that was sturdier than some of the other ones on the market now!

Dieses Twister Board war mein zweites Board, dass ich bestellt habe. Das erste war aus Kunststoff und ein absoluter Fehlkauf. Es knirschte und „lief nicht rund“!Das zweite Board knirscht und ruckelt nicht und ist sein Geld echt wert. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen!!!
