Double bill featuring two popular Disney movies. In 'The Jungle Book' (1967), after being abandoned as a child, young Mowgli (voiced by Bruce Reitherman) is brought up in the jungle by wolves. However, when the news arrives that murderous, man-hating tiger Shere Khan (George Sanders) has returned, Mowgli's friends Bagheera (Sebastian Cabot) and Baloo (Phil Harris) set out to return the reluctant mancub to the humans' village. Their task is not made any easier when Mowgli is kidnapped at the behest of monkey ruler King Louie (Louis Prima), who wishes to learn the secret of man's power - fire! Disney Studios' nineteenth animated feature was the last to be overseen by founder Walt before his death, and won an Academy Award nomination for the song 'Bare Necessities'. 'The Jungle Book 2' (2003) follows Mowgli (voiced by Haley Joel Osment) as he adapts to life with humans, having followed the girl, Shanti, he saw collecting water at the end of the first film. Finding it hard to live among humans all the time he decides to visit his old friend Baloo (John Goodman) but Shere Khan gets wind of this and he still has an old score to settle. Timeless and Great value
Always great fun. Moreover for less then £10 this dual Blu-ray is great value. Comprising of the original Jungle Book and Jungle Book 2 my little ones see it for the first time and love.

Love watching these movies ,did not realise there was a Jungle Book 2, thoroughly enjoyed and great family entertainment. They arrived very quickly from the supplier. Thank You very much.

What can I say? Disney's The Jungle book
Disney's classic the Jungle book featuring Classic Disney songs The Bear Necesaties and I wannna be like you. Disneys sequel the jungle book2 also in the box a quite enjoyable sequel cant remember when I ordered it but it did arrive the day after release. I'd recommend this in a heartbeat do remember some Disney movies are put back in Disney's vault after so long so if your going to purchase the jungle book purchase it whilst its available.

No Disney collection would be complete without The Jungle Book in it!

Warning one of the two DVDs is region blocked The Jungle Book Diamond Edition will not work in America (region A) unless you have a region free DVD player. The Jungle Book 2 will work in all regions (regions A,B,C) other than that product was shipt and decent amount time no scratches or anything wrong with DVDs

Warning, one or both of the DVDs may not work in a USA DVD player. This is the message we got on Jungle Book 1: "This disc will not play due to the region code setting of the player" at least we were able to play Jungle Book 2 so we won't bother with trying to return it. My grandson was very sad sad that it did not work. This is the risk you take buying online. Especially if it does not ship or sell directly from Amazon.

I am delighted to review this, to warn everyone else away from buying it! It was mailed to me by Amazon from FRANCE. It WILL NOT PLAY IN CANADA!!! For goodness sake, DON’T BUY IT!
