Awesome heat press! Only thing I would have liked better was a slide out drawer and auto open but for the money this is great!!

I have been using this regularly for about 2 years and haven’t had any issues with it yet.

First I want to say..it takes a lot from me to say this… BUTWhat a waste of money.. do not buy .. I missed my return day by 9days when this heat press stopped heating evenly.It took me a lot of saving to be able to purchase this item.. and I kept reading into reviews for the right one.. so much for that.I am very disappointed. My items are burning in the center and not heating on the edges.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Shop elsewhere.

This heat press is somewhat easy to use. You have to read the manual to be able to change the temperature or press time on the main screen. The screen is small and has no lights. Not very user-friendly for adjustments. The press itself has a great heat area, you can press a larger item on this machine. You have to push the handle down to lock the item in place and this can be hard for some people to get out of the lock position. Great unit for pressing, but could be a little easier to unlock and adjust.

I received this heat press and it would not heat up.It is very heavy. Took it to have it shipped back but was informed that I need to pay $180 to have it shipped back. If it wasn’t for Amazon honor third party agreement I’m sure I would not had got my refund because Shzond sent me another label saying to pay for shipping. I would never buy from this company again.
