Faucet was fine but…
Faucet was as expected and delivered on time. It wasn’t needed, restocking fee was half the order total!? That doesn’t seem normal.

Missing half the pieces
Not only were essentially pieces missing. But the left handle was missing.

Does NOT come with hand shower
Do not be mislead. This product did NOT arrive to me with a hand shower. The pictures are misleading and that makes this product overpriced and very upsetting to say the least. The only reason I ordered this was because I assumed it came with the hand shower.

The faucet pictured is not the one received. K-T387-4-BV ...
The faucet pictured is not the one received. K-T387-4-BV corresponds to a long 8" tub faucet NOT a bath faucet as pictured. The bathroom sink faucet is KOHLER K-394-4-BV however the pictures are exactly the same & there is no reason why a tub faucet would have the rear lift rod drain stopper.
