After using Purina Pro Plan FortiFlora Cat Probiotic Supplement for a few weeks, I’ve found it to be a very effective and easy addition to my cat’s routine. The biggest benefit was how quickly it helped with digestive issues. Within a few days, I noticed firmer stools and less stomach upset. It’s especially useful during times of stress (like travel or vet visits) or after antibiotics. One standout feature is how palatable it is—my cat actually enjoys it. The powder mixes easily into food, and there’s no struggle to get them to eat it, which is a huge plus compared to other supplements. In terms of convenience, the individual sachets are great for portion control and keep everything fresh. It does feel a bit pricey over time, but considering the results and ease of use, it’s worth it. The only downside is that it’s not a “permanent fix”—you may need to keep using it regularly if your cat has ongoing digestive sensitivities. I first bought this probiotic from my vets practice, on their recommendation when he was constipated, however it is somewhat better value for money buying from Amazon. Initially, I had thought that this probiotic would be at best, tolerated by my cat - as with most things that are 'good for you' I had thought it wouldn't necessarily taste very nice. So I mixed it in with the new, renal cat food which I now have to give my cat, who suffers from advanced kidney disease. However, on one occasion, my cat leapt up onto the surface where I was preparing his food, and as I was shaking the probiotic on top (and before mixing it in). He seemed so keen to eat that he started scoffing the food before I had even put it down on the floor. Then, it appeared that whenever I sprinkled more of the probiotic on his food, he was much more interested in it. It now seems to me that the smell and taste of the probiotic is very appealing to my cat - very important, as I am desperately trying to get him to eat - he feels sick often, due to the toxins from the kidney disease. Now, he acts like it's a treat that I'm opening, when I tear the top of the sachet, ready to sprinkle it on his food (I no longer mix it in - I want him to benefit from the smell and taste!). So for me, this probiotic is a real winner - anything that gets my cat excited about his food is good by me! It has also improved his digestion and output (without going into unnecessary detail!) and so whilst it is yet another expensive item to add to the already increased costs of his food, his renal treats, and all the medications I have to give him (which are extortionate!), I feel it is one of the best value items, as it means he EATS! Thank you!

Much better value than buying at the vets! I have to use this everyday for my cats. I buy it via the subscription option to get it a bit cheaper again. Works wonders for the cats ‘stool’ consistency and smell! I have 5 cats, most go outside to do their business, but the youngest poorly one, who needs this product the most, always uses a litter tray. I have nicknamed this product “Magic Fairy Dust” because cats will eat ANYTHING you sprinkle it on. Really. It’s bonkers. They beg for it to be put on. So whilst I bought it for the poorly tummy cat Cuddles, now they ALL want it! So I split one sachet between 5 of them twice a day. I have seen all their coats improve in shine and generally they seem happier with their food all round now! No waste. Bowls clean! I buy Cosma food from bitiba. However this probiotic powder is available there too, but it’s cheaper on Amazon. Definitely value for money.

This is a probiotic for cats which you sprinkle on food once a day. It is supposed to be beneficial for them. My cat seems to like it one day and then not the next...or is it the food it's on? It is expensive.

My cat LOVES this stuff. Has been a great help to his gut. He goes crazy for it at meal times and patiently waits for me to sprinkle it on top of his dinner.

Fortiflora was recommended by my vet. My fourteen year old cat had problems with her gut. With two doses she improved. I now use it regularly though in smaller doses as in is quite expensive. I would suggest to pet guardians to use this probiotic on their cat/dog should they develop gut problems…..diarrhea/constipation/vomiting They should always consult their vet first.

It’s very good for your cats helps with their stomach etc . Unfortunately I didn’t use it for long as my dear cat passed away not long after buying this . So sad 🥺

Buen producto. Efectivo para regular la diarrea en gatos.

Lo uso cuando mis gatos hacen blandito. Si es muy líquida y no hay bichitos no me dan antibiótico el veterinario, les doy daforte y dieta gastro intestinal y luego termino con estos probióticos mientras voy introduciendo su dieta normal. Si les dan Antibiótico a veces también les doy estos probióticos para arreglar la flora intestinal.
