must admit i expected the bucket to be a little larger as i've had to replace water a few times when cleaning a large area but overall it's a nifty product and once you get the hang of turning the handle for different stages it works a treat - no instructions provided though

Absolutely outstanding and with separate clean and dirty water tanks and rinsing device is outstanding and the mop head flexing is ideal for doing skirting boards etc and is an around amazing mopping device

I have found this product very difficult to use. It does not work for me as advertised. The transfer from wetting base to spinning is difficult & I have to undertake function several times to transfer to spinning mode. The ‘tool’ to do skirting board certainly does not work for me. I have to apply so much pressure for mop end to bend & never achieve a 45 degree angle, so have to do skirting boards & corners separately by me ‘bending down’.The mechanism of the handle I find very difficult to navigate & I have cut my hand more than once as the handle collapses on my hand.I have no idea why some people rate this mop as high, & I definitely do not concur with language of the advertising.I have found it the product very poor & certainly I have not experienced this mop to present a revolutionary way of mopping a floor & now have no other option but to sell after literally a few uses. I can only assume some people are more agile than myself, albeit I do not consider myself ‘unable to clean a floor with a mop’, but only explanation I have to explain such for diverse reviews between users

This is a very awkward mop to use. I had to watch a YouTube video to work out how to get the mop to spin (alter the handle) and it is difficult to get the mop to fit on the spin mechanism. It is difficult to clean in to corners but great for going under the fridge and washing machine! It did a good job of separating the dirty water but didn’t make the mop as wet as I would like for cleaning (had to use a spray bottle along side the mop). My floor did come up clean though. Good idea but could be better executed.

One day all mops will be like this. The Mop Museum will display the square sponge mop, the bucket with a built in wringer and all the other splashy water mop and bucket designs and people will not understand how civilization prospered with so many inferior floor cleaning products.

I filled the bucket with water, used the mop - which seemed to be very dry - and all the dirty water was mixing with the clean water. "They can have that back!" I thought. I inititated the return, and was about to pack it up when I noticed an a;most invisitble wording on the sealed chamber: clean water. (It's very easy to miss!) So I'd effectively filled the dirty water chamber with the clean water!! Filled the correct container, and it works well.How does the clean water get to the mop when there's only 1/2" of water in the clean area? By an ingenious screw mechanism in middle chamber; as it spins, water is drawn up to the cleaning plateau, rinsed, and then brushed. Raise the mop to the next click, and it's given a spin dry so it reaches the floor almost dry. And as the floor is almost dry, the floor was dry within 15mins.Certainly better than the "mop and slop" wet units.

While the concept is great, what you get is a mop wet through clean water and detergent, which is a soaking wet floor that takes ages to dry. I've returned mine and gone back to my trusted Vileda, this product is an expensive waste of money, in my opinion.
