Why sell incomplete kit? Waste of money and time
Latest update: none of the eggs hatched! Waste of money and great disappointment for children guaranteed !Thereās a missing essential item which is the heater - water should not drop below 21 degrees for the triops to hatch. Thermometer stopped working on 2nd day for no reason. Will update my review with results: we hope they hatch especially after extra spending for heating pad.

Donāt bother using the thermometer that comes with it as itās completely rubbish as the mercury keeps splitting so u can never get a proper temperature reading, after 2 weeks of following the instructions to correct it itās now not working at all so the first lot of eggs we tried to hatch didnāt work as we could get a stable temperature.Now going to try again as Iāve had to purchase another thermometer and hope we have more luck this time.

What was not clear (or maybe I missed it) you will also need a heat lamp with this set if not taking place in summer. Personally there also seems to be a contradiction within the instructions for when sand is added to the nursery pool. My daughter likes the set though so this is a positive.

Never hatched. Waste of money.
We ensured ideal conditions for the eggs to hatch but they did not. Very disappointing.

Followed instructions to a T, total dud, and thereās nothing you can do about it. Just throw the money in the bin and save yourself the hassle.

Exciting learning
Great educational experiment.Fun for children to learn how crustaceans hatch and grow. Really exciting for children.Unfortunately the plastic pond was cracked leaking water. We continued with the experiment by placing it inside a small fishtank. I(Needed for use is a heat lamp and 1 litre of mineral water.)

Mon fils de 10 ans en avait reƧu un pour NoĆ«l et on a passĆ© beaucoup de temps Ć observer les triops se dĆ©velopper. On avait apprĆ©ciĆ© tout ce temps Ć les voir grandir. On lui en a donc offert un autre un an aprĆØs et il a toujours autant apprĆ©ciĆ©.

Valoro una estrella porque no hay menos. El envio perfecto pero el producto un engaƱo. No ha nacido nada, hace aƱos lo hicimos con otra marca y fue perfecto.
