I placed my order yesterday and they arrived today, and they both are installed.I am very pleased with both the color and light output for the lights.One note of caution: Ensure that the bracket that comes with the light is perfectly flat. If the bracket is bowed the least bit, the light will not fit snuggly to the ceiling. Be careful when tightening the screws to hold the bracket to the junction box. If the screws are tightened too much that will bend the bracket too and again, the light will not fit snuggly to the ceiling. Only tighten the screws enough to get the bracket to touch the ceiling. Any more will bend the bracket.

New bathroom electricity finally hooked up and our new bathroom light installed. We painted the both the bathroom and the hall leading to it in the same Sherwin Williams Beige color. The color was perfect in the hall. In the bathroom, the color had a distinct green tinge. Thinking it was just a fluke, we painted the bathroom in plain white. Guess what? It looked even more green. My husband disconnected the light and brought in a true light and the color was no longer green.So, in our instance, our very small bathroom (less than 25 sq ft) resulted in everything taking on a green tinge and, to us at least, making like someone had been sick on our walls.On the plus side, it really is slim and given that our bathroom is under the roof eaves, it's nice that it so nearly flush with the low ceiling.Unfortunately, both my husband and I feel compelled to find a different light fixture.

I have a ceiling fan that I wanted to convert to LED but it used those skinny halogen bulbs and there was no option (that I could find) for an LED in that form factor. I came across this light fixture which was about the right size for the opening in the fan’s light fixture so I decided to try to do a retrofit. It ended up being really easy! I cut the wires going to the halogen bulb socket then removed a bunch of the “guts” of the old fixture. I figured out a way to attach the LED’s metal bracket to an existing bracket inside the light fixture housing, then just hooked up the wires and boom! It looks great and works great! I did have to replace my old dimmer with a newer one that is LED compatible.

Pretty easy to install and works as intended.

I replaced a dim fixture in my master bathroom! What a difference! Very clean, bright light!

Comes with easy to read directions and all the parts you need to mount. I like the simplicity of the design and the uncomplicated nature to install. I am installing in a corridor before a bathroom door.
