I bought this for my 10 year cause she needed it for school.... it’s her favorite color! (Teal) that’s the only reason why I chose this one!! It’s a solid teal not a sheer see through teal which is fine! Either would have been fine as far as color!At first glance it’s very pretty and appears to be made well.... but when you start to play or fiddle with it you’ll notice that the mouth piece does not stay in well. It’s very loose and slides off with little movement!! It is at times humbug for my daughter who has to play it during her class zoom video!!The quality is nice I must say!! It’s so pretty which is why I gave it at Least 3 stars but I will not be buying it again... I will stick to the normal brand that we know of and not get sucked into the pretty color!!

Bought one of these for my son earlier this year for school, but when schools suddenly closed due to COVID 19, I wanted him to continue practicing at home, so I bought him another in a different color. He is 7, and although he's just beginning, the quality seems good, and the colors are fun for kids. Right after I ordered his, the school had everyone pick up leftover supplies so he now has his red and green one. I would recommend it.

My son dropped a red clear recorder and it snapped in half. This one is great!

Bought this for my daughter for a christmas present because her old flute broke. She surely loves it. Unfortunately her little sister broke the cleaning rod it comes with but the flute is holding up fine. Love the color as well!

Bought this for my nine year old as a requirement for 4th grade. Although at first she used it to just make noise she has learned how to play decent and even gave a twirl myself and showed her the proper way to use it. Turns out I still got it!!!

Purchased this for my son for school. They use recorders in class but not only did this give him a personalized color but also extra practice time at home. Comes exactly as described and has a cleaner set. Great value for you money and great color!

Nobody buys this because you want to; you buy it because the elementary school makes you. That having been said, I still give this product that I hate 5 stars. It’s noisy. It’s easily used as a weapon against a sibling. Launched during a temper tantrum, it’s capable of chipping the glass on a picture frame . But it works as advertised and arrived in one day.

Horrible quality.
