Had a low carb diet, cut back on junk, and took these in the afternoon with a full glass of water. After a couple of weeks I lost half a stone!! With self discipline and a diet I think this supplement aided my weight loss. You have to put the work in and not just pop a pill. Altogether I have nearly lost a stone, and I can now wear the clothes that were too tight a month ago.

I gave been using these along with a healthy low fat diet and gentle excerise, mainly walking. They are slow but definitely has helped burn the fat I’m my legs and thighs. They are not a quick fix but definitely help. Would recommend.

Taste ok and well packaged. Arrived quickly and seem good quality. We will see how they work bought them to team with green coffee.

A great aid for slimming, I must admit I have list pounds with them and a calorie controlled diet. I don't get any side effects at all and take 2 every morning with a pint of water before breakfast. They are great value for money and include cider vinegar.
