I got this to assist with my pull ups at the gym. With just a few sprays it really does the job and my grip has really increased on the bars. My only draw back is it does take a lot of washing to get it completely off your skin and one bottle leaked in my gym bag covering everything in stickyness and now I’m hesitant to use the remaining bottles incase it happens again.

On opening the package, and despite the tops of each bottle having been sealed in a shrink wrap type clear plastic, one of the bottles had leaked at some point, or maybe it was overfilled and then the 'wrap' applied at the factory - whatever, it made a very sticky mess on opening that required washing with lots of soapy water before it had all washed off.Negative over with, the product itself is easy to apply, using the press down spray cap, and a couple of presses was enough for me to make my hand sticky.I am no pole dancer, but I do play Lawn Bowls, and use another proprietary product to give my hands a better grip on the bowls, especially when it has or is raining, and I thought that this product might also serve for this application.I found the substance to be too 'tacky' for my use in this application, giving too much 'stick' to my hands and making it difficult to release the bowl - not ideal. However, for its advertised purpose I suspect it will work very well, but will let others judge it for that application, as I would have difficulty sliding down a pole let alone swinging around on one lol!

I find this product to be easily applied and removed from my hands. A spray or two on one palm and them a quick rub of my hands together is enough to distribute it evenly. Warm/hot water and liquid soap gets it removed. Basically washing my hands as normal without the need for any additional scrubbing.Greatly improves grip and is a great alternative to liquid chalk or wearing gloves during weightlifting workouts. Although I have not yet experienced sweaty hands to see how well it holds up.The bottles are compact and easy to carry around. They are delivered with a plastic security seal over the bottle cap and neck of the bottle.Maybe a bit on the expensive side for the equivalent per bottle cost, for the initial outlay. It is possible to purchase a single bottle. This triple pack is a better value purchase for those who will regularly use this product. A very small amount of the product appears to be required and so a bottle should last quite a while. The product will need to be applied again after every time your hands get washed. Liquid chalk also requires this. This seems a better alternative to liquid chalk because it doesn't dry my skin. 4.5/5.

This grip spray does increase the grip by making your hand sticky, unlike chalk which works by remove excess moisture on your hand to increase the contact surface area of your hand to an equipment. The spray smells strongly of pine resin as it is mainly made out of pine resin dissolved in denatured alcohol. When the spray dries it takes some time to completely wash out the resin film on your hand just by soap and water.
