I’m really happy with this cutter for the price. It’s solid, functional, and has made making homemade ravioli a lot faster and easier than doing it by hand. The only downside is the edge design isn’t as crisp and the sharpest—I sometimes have to press down a bit harder or go over the line twice to get a perfectly clean cut. Even so, it definitely does the job and feels sturdy enough to last. Great budget-friendly tool for the kitchen!"

Does what it's supposed to do. I make ravioli with a mold that doesn't always crimp and cut cleanly (probably because I am not patient) and I use this to go over the seams and cut. A different cutter that I've been using has metal above the crimper/cutter that sometimes catches and snags adjacent ravioli. This product does a better job, cuts cleanly and avoids any collateral damage.

This is one of the best cutters I've bought (blade doesn't wobble), and the product is well-made. I've used it for cutting bread doughs, lasagna, cookies, cheeses, meats, and sandwich bread to make some really pretty designs for our meals as well as when we entertain. It's a very handy tool to keep in our utensil drawer.

My best advise is to use with intent. Apply the right amount of pressure. Simple to use and the design makes it very comfortable as it doesn’t slip or require an unusual amount of pressure. It’s a perfect size and very sturdy. I use it for pasta shapes and ravioli as well as lattice pie crust. Recommend this item.
