Good value, no "proprietary blends", just pure TUDCA
I take this for liver protection because I am a heavy drinker. TUDCA, in general, is protective of the liver, according to some research, although the evidence is limited. Liver lesions in people with cirrhosis have been attributed, at least in part, to the buildup of bile acids. A small study in China among 18 people with cirrhosis found that taking 250 mg of TUDCA three times daily for 6 months reduced markers of liver injury by about 38% to 48% compared to baseline. However, markers of liver fibrosis (scarring) did not improve (Pan, J Huazhong Univ Sci Technolog Med Sci 2013). Possible side effects are mild diarrhea (1.4% to 13%), pruritus (2.8%), rash (1.4%), and pain during menstruation (1.4%) (Ma, Medicine, 2016; Elia, Eur J Neurol 2016). TUDCA should not be taken by people with active peptic ulcers or those who are pregnant. People with frequent biliary tract infections and those with intestinal conditions that can affect the absorption of bile acids (such as Crohn's disease) should consider avoiding TUDCA. Drugs that prevent the absorption of bile acids (such as cholestyramine) and those that reduce the excretion of bile acids from the liver (such as estrogens, birth control pills, and certain cholesterol-lowering agents) may reduce the effects of TUDCA. I've read in places you shouldn't take this until alcohol has cleared your system and 12 hours before drinking again. I could not find good sources to cite this. In my personal experience, I have not had any side effects. I generally take it in the morning, as I am an evening drinking. My liver enzymes have been slightly elevated for years but no where even close to any kind of danger zone. Could it be the TUDCA? I can't be sure. But, I've taken other brands before this one and my enzyme levels have remained the same. So, at the very least, I think this product contains what it actually claim it has - 500mg of TUDCA per dose.

Each serving contains a potent dose
I recently had the chance to try Primaforce TUDCA (Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid), and I must say, it's an excellent supplement. The pills were easy to swallow, and there was no aftertaste, which is always a plus. This product offers a wide range of health benefits, and I highly recommend it. I feel good after taking this supplement. One of the standout features of Primaforce's TUDCA Capsules is their potency. Each serving contains a potent dose of 500 mg of TUDCA, ensuring that you get a consistent and reliable amount with every intake. The convenience and precision of the servings are also impressive. Each bottle comes with a 30-day supply, making incorporating TUDCA into your daily routine easy without the hassle of measuring or weighing the dosage. Overall, my experience with Primaforce TUDCA has been highly positive. The product delivers on its promises, and I appreciate its convenience and health benefits.

Upset my stomache
No discernable positive effects, but that could be due to an upset stomach I suffered. I did try it a second time and same unhappy belly. Could just be me though and it wasn't anything major, just enough to make me not on my A game.

Third-Party Tested Tudca
Tudca is a bile acid that can not only help improve fat digestion, but has been shown to be very beneficial to liver health. I take it regularly along with milk thistle for overall liver health. Each pill contains a fairly high dose of tudca. Some experts suggest not taking tudca prior to alcohol consumption, but I can't seem to find the basis for this. However, just to be careful, I tend not to take it on days I drink alcohol. This company claims rigorous third-party testing at ISO-accredited labs, which is about the best sign of quality you can ask for in the supplement industry.

Great for liver health support
I've read a lot of good things about Tudca and have been trying it out for a while now. I've had no adverse reactions and feel ok, but I can't say I have anything quantitative to report, that's pretty hard when there are so many variables in my diet and supplements, but I feel pretty confident taking this. This brand also seems very high quality and has a decent moderate potency so if you're just trying it out, this may be a good choice. I've seen capsules with triple this strength, but leaping into the high end of the dosage recommendation might not be the thing to do. These allow you to vary the amount you consume a bit easier. Thank you for the product.

I don't feel any different for taking these. If anything changes I will update this review.
