The number 5 setting did not work
On exhale, the highest setting did not work..... I had to shake it and play around with it... which was annoying so after contacting the seller and they ignored my communication I returned this for a refund.

As you turn the resistance up it doesn't work.
I received this product Sept 2nd and now has you move the dial for resistance it does not work. I looked up the company and called customer service. I left a message and no one called back, also the product comes with absolutely no usage instructions.
