Melinda's Black Truffle Hot Sauce, 12 Fluid Ounce (Pack of 6)

Sooo much flavor and at a good price! My grocery store stopped carrying it and I just found it at a viable price on Amazon. Highly recommended.

Melinda's black truffle hot sauce is about as divine as any condiment can be. Really. And we have always enjoyed a variety of sauces & mustards & salad dressings, too. A little of this sauce goes a long way. As far as trying to describe the flavor or the taste goes, that is something of a perplexing endeavor. I do not believe that I could do the complex, exquisite layers of flavors in this truffle sauce any real justice by trying to articulate or translate those layers of flavors into writing. Wish I could. The heat level is rated on the bottle at a 2 out of 5, but it seems less than that to me. I'd say that a fresh jalapeno is much "hotter." And there are MUCH hotter peppers 🌶️ than the venerable jalapeno. One note should be made for any who may be concerned regarding sodium content: 100mg per teaspoon. It does have a bit of a salty wave to it but the truffle flavor still glides very mouth wateringly over the palate. Salt itself has 2320+ mg sodium as a comparator, and another black truffle sauce I have on hand has 40mg sodium, fyi. That other sauce was 4 times the price & not even close to the great flavor of Melinda's -- First purchased the Melinda's locally & before that first bottle was half gone, a case was on it's way from Amazon. The price difference was only 5 cents per bottle. This sauce has it's own flavor & is (just) excellent on a wide variety of food. Review written 6.12.25 . Edit 9.3.2025 The photo on the bottle in this listing as of today now shows a heat rating of 1 (one,) pepper & not 2 (two,) as when I first purchased a case. I noticed this also on another seller's photo -- today -- showing 2 peppers 🌶️ 🌶️ heat rating still. No way to know why this is, whether two versions are being sold or if Melinda's has reduced the "hotness" of this delectable hot sauce in the newest version. Have there been any changes, I wonder...

Honestly, I think this is my favorite sauce that I've ever eaten in my life! It's absolutely delicious! Great complexity and nice vinegar profile. I STRONGLY recommend trying it.

It is an amazing sauce. Is it Truff? No. Truff is it’s own thing entirely. However, this sauce, at this cost, with its’s quality and flavor profile is NOT to be ignored. This sauce pairs well with virtually anything. I, myself, am a hot sauce lover. Is it the hottest sauce? No. In fact, my significant other who has no spice tolerance said that this was a very good sauce. This sauce is not meant to break Scoville rankings. It is simply meant to be a sauce to be enjoyed. If you like Truff? Give this a go. If you are into savory, creamy mild sauces? This is for you!

This stuff is absolutely awesome. The label is correct - it goes well with most things. Ended up buying a whole case after purchasing this. Just wouldn’t say it’s very hot. But the flavor makes it worth it.

This is one of those products that in my opinion is way underrated. It goes wonderfully with beef lamb anything savory pretty much have you even put it on portobello mushrooms. Melinda's definitely has some good products but this one is so unique. It is kind of one of those products that you either love or either hate but if you love it you just can't get enough of it.

My husband loves Melinda’s. Quality and value are great. He puts it on everything. Nice and saucy with a decent sugar level.

I Like the sauce, problem is i recieved one bottle not 6 for the listed price.
