Easy
Nice, easy to fill capsules using curved (angled) tweezers, not included. The snap sound indicates the capsule is closed securely. Will buy again.

These were perfect. I worried about getting the powder inside if the capsules and the bag had 2 slim spoons. It was great. Easy to swallow.

Great easy to swallow and a great price they are too small though I needed to go a size up it was a littte tedious to to fill it really tiny

Just what I needed!
I'm trying to add a supplement to my diet that I cannot tolerate. The taste is awful and I couldn't get past it. These capsules are the PERFECT answer! They're easy to fill with the spice and they are the size I needed. I couldn't be more pleased. This solution is just wonderful for Black Cumin and other healthy but 'strong' tasting spices that you aren't able to ingest in the amount needed for healthy outcomes. Yea!!!
