Excellent product does what it says on the tin, a great hand exerciser , value for money.

It is a simple spring device to help strengthen your hand. You set the tension from 5kg to 60kg (distance grips are apart) by a screw nob at the end. This works well but one has no indication as to what it is set to. There is a simple counter that registers everytime the grips come together. If you set the nob to a level that you can just achieve with your wrist and do this a number of times it should help you improve your wrist strength. For me it would be nice to know what the kg setting is or to measure your actual grip strength so ghat you could measure any improvement, but it would cost more. Overall it's a well made piece of equipment that works, without being too complicated.

Really good, I've used this as part of my Hyrox training, periodically during the day I do 20 reps per hand. It's improved my grip enabling a better farmers carry.

Good grip, easy adjustment, I don’t think the setting represents the correct weights but it’s useful. The digital counter is fat too small but easy to reset. I’m happy with it so far.
