I clean my AC condenser, did a good job

I tried a lot of coil cleaners and this is the best one.
Better working and more economical over the foam sprays out of a can. You just mix to proportions and spray it on the coils with a bottle sprayer. You will not see the foam at first, but it really will turn to foam pulling out all the dirt and debris through the products capillary action. It even takes off the oxidation as well. Best coil cleaner out of the dozens I have used over the years.

Read the directions and try not to get the product on painted surfaces. It WILL dull the paint

Cleaning
Seemed to clean well. I used one bottle on a large unit and a small unit. That was all the cleaner in the bottle. The small unit was quite dirty and did clean. The big unit was not very dirty so I only noticed a small amount of dirt coming off. Followed the directions on the bottle.

Works--Concentrated
This one quart bottle can be added to a gallon jug and filled with water to make one gallon of cleaning solution. It works well and I have no complaints about how it cleaned our outside AC fins. Would recommend.

Took off the coating off my condenser coils.
Well good news and bad news. The coils condenser cleaner actually cleaned the coils, however it also took the coating off the condenser coils. I didn’t know that my coils had this black coating to prevent rust from formulating and thought it was dirty. My AC is 4 years old and was going to use this as a cleaning agent. It worked, it cleaned the grass/dirt but it also stripped the coating. you can see the black areas which is what the coating looked like. Not to happy about this.

Excellent coil cleaner
I have a larger home with several exterior AC units that need regular cleaning. With this product I was able to clean two of them. It works well if you have a sprayer or foam gun that you can use to mix the concentrate with. I made sue to follow the instructions are let the foam site for at least 10 minutes before spraying off and the results were definitely noticeable.
