These are the best pans I think I ever owned. I have always used teflon or cast iron. The teflon always blistered and peeled, and the cast iron is just so darn heavy. These pans are a good weight and easy clean. No matter what has been cooked in them, all I have to do is wipe them out with a paper towel and they are clean. I just love the easy maintenance and quality of these of these pans!

They scrape and ruin so quick. Beyond disappointing. I bought these earlier before I moved in and then used them one time and they started scraping into my food but unfortunately the return window expired because I hadn’t started using them in time.

I bought these to replace a set of thin aluminum non-stick skillets I previously used. This set arrived packaged well. I did have to screw on the handles, but the set came with it's own screw driver. The skillets are heavier than I'm used to, but I believe I will adapt. I used the middle one today to make our breakfast (see video). I didn't use any oil on the skillet, but the spatula I was using did have some oil left on it. The egg didn't stick, but didn't slid around freely either. I think in the future I will use a spritz of oil on the skillet, at least until I get used to cooking with this set. The bottoms were very flat (not domed in the middle like some sets). I tested this out on the next egg by cooking it perfectly in the center. I also sent this skillet through the dishwasher and it came out looking good as new.

Cleaning is a breeze cooking is easy too without sticking any food.Pans look great as well.
