The media could not be loaded.  Sniff is a 7 month old chihuahua cross and is getting to grips quite well with her first 2 buttons.The buttons seem to be good quality and come economically packaged without needless plastic. 👍 An extended 12 month warranty comes free (when you register) and customer service seems proactive and friendly!You can't blame a product like this for a dog's disinterest and not all dogs will naturally enjoy these, but worth a try if its something you can afford. I'm looking forward to introducing Sniff to her next few words.

Have been looking for buttons for ages for our chatty cockapoo, stumbled across these and I'm so glad I did!Being able to start with just two buttons is great rather than the 4/6/12 that many packs come with. The fact that you also get a mat which can be connected to others so you can expand your button board is excellent and something I haven't seen on packs of just a few buttons. Usually mats are reserved for larger packs.The sound is clear and easily recordable, and re-recordable in case your house is a mad house like mine and is never quiet!Really customer service and a fab product has made this one of our best buys in a long while! Time will tell if the dog takes to it but the product itself is first class. Highly recommended!!

We started our two year old springer/doodle dog on some of the cheaper, larger buttons a couple of months ago. Some sporadic success; enough to want to upgrade her system. These were the upgrade!They are SO much better: way more compact, the boards are 21cm in diameter, and modular so they can be placed in a line or an L shape. The buttons are small and more compact, recordable with your own voice (important, her old ones included some pre-recorded which she didn’t take to as much). Sound quality is good considering the speaker is on the bottom, it’s still very clear. Batteries and stickers included as well as an on/off switch too. Set up guide is clear and easy and there’s contact numbers to help if needed.When I was setting them up two of the buttons’ batteries turned out to be flat: I messaged the WhatsApp business number that’s listed to ask for some replacements. Not only did I get a message back but also a phone call apologising and assurance that some replacements would be sent with a couple of extra spares. SO reassuring and really made all the difference. Today a whole new box turned up!What a joy to purchase from a company that genuinely cares about their customers. I’m so pleased with the buttons and felt very grateful for the help, we have loads to get on with now but won’t hesitate to buy again down the line. Highly recommend this company and these buttons!

The media could not be loaded.  Toby is a 15 month old JRT, still very excitable! As he tends to claw at the buttons I’m encouraging it when he instead prods them with his nose. He’s more accurate that way.The video shows him after a few days. This was one of the first times he asked for dinner.They’ve survived being dug out of the mat and carried around the room (shouting dinner, dinner, dinner 🤣) and the mats are doing well too.We’re about four weeks in and he can ask for dinner, drink, sweetie, garden and walk. Today I’ve introduced cuddle and love you. It’s still early days and I think he’s doing great, but he’s inconsistent and sometimes presses every button! So be patient with your pet.Overall I’m impressed with the quality of the buttons and the mats. Just don’t tell my husband how much they cost 😂 I will increase our set once Toby has mastered these. It’s great to see his reaction when he gets it right.

The media could not be loaded.  When I first received these buttons my dog (pug x shihtzu) was unable to use due to his light touch however the company owner contacted me and upgraded the buttons and sent me some to test.The new buttons are AMAZING! I’m not just saying this, they are honestly the best buttons I have used and I have tried several. The sound is very clear and loud, the buttons press with even tiny paws and the stickers actually make sense. Other brands (I have tried a few) are none of these and worst of all cause my dog to cry as he gets frustrated not being able to press them. I was tempted to fork out for fluent pet buttons but the shipping is a lot however after finding these I don’t need to. These are now the only buttons I will use and recommend to anyone, don’t even bother with cheaper alternatives.This video is day one using new buttons (he is still used to having the press and press to attempt to make any noise thus the excessive scratching) and he was pressing the mat instead of button. As you can see the moment he touched the actual button it worked. I will update with a progress video ones he gets the hang of buttons that actually work when he touchesCustomer service is top notch, they actually take your feedback on board and do what they can to resolve issues. The products are of a high quality and my pup seems much happier now that he can get buttons to work for him. I will be recommending to all my friends with dogs.

There may be some skeptics out there, but we have had this for about two months, and some of the results are astounding. We have about six buttons for our puppy to use - and two of them he's mastered: "food" and "walk". It's gobsmaking.The buttons are pretty durable. Our pup will go nuts sometimes, pushing with both paws in a frenzy as a puppy might do. They have had a solid two months usage so far, and it's all "go" from here.If you have the time and patience to use this a training tool, you will really have an awesome time with your pup.

I wasn't sure about which buttons to buy, but after reading the reviews I purchased a 6 pack of buttons. We are on day 2 and my poodle has just asked to go and play with her ball successfully. I can’t wait to introduce more new words.
