There is no support from the manufacturer you can email them but they won't respond and if you purchase and you're unfortunate enough to wear Amazon won't do an exchange for some reason even though you contact their support my device has no working Wi-Fi so a lot of the features don't work and there's no instructions or way to do anything about it so my device is basically half useless... Updated 8/16Now we have a second unit that was delivered from Amazon and that one is defective as well I have even confirmed the serial number on my unit compared it to the box and confirmed that my unit is supposed to have Wi-Fi connectivity I have gotten two of these products so far both in boxes that look like they were taped clothes because they were bulging when I got it and I think the manufacturer is trying to be skeemish because they have still not answered my emails during this whole process I think this is on the manufacturer not Amazon do not buy this product or anything from this company

I bought these to grow taller vegetable plants as well as some everyday herbs and veggies. The light hood reached more than 30 inches in height. I have only had these for a month and so far everything I have planted seem healthy.Only 4 stars bc the wifi does not work for me. I may be user error, I bought 2 units and after following the instructions for wifi set up... the wifi icon never blinks after inputting all info to connect... kind of a bummer.. but I can just set my reminders in my phone.

Purchased one for myself, mother, and brother. (I should have waited to see my results before buying for my family.) I was very excited to grow my own food. Especially because of the the issues are foods encounters before they arrive to us. I figured this would be a great way to start a garden. It has been a few days shy from a month and I only have one pod that has grown. I planted cilantro, mint, arugula, strawberries, and rosemary. (I am new to gardening, not sure if these are all friends), however, I was under the impression that I should see a whole lot more than the one half sprout that I have.

The media could not be loaded.  I was so excited for my garden to come. The product came a day late which really messed up my plans to go shopping with my daughter cause I had to wait on the package which should have been here a day earlier. Anyways, everything seems to be in good order. So I decided to hook up the Wi-Fi before anything and what do you know it won’t work uggggg!!! So I’ll be returning this product. So sad

3 loads of 12 pods failed to germinate despite following instructions to the letter. 4th load of 12 pods germinated three pods of Neapolitan Basil that reached about 8 inches then the control panel went wild and then blacked out - smoke then started to come out from the electrical input - the plug was hot and scorched and smoke came from the connector port, I want a refund on this totally useless product. Contacted the manufacturer - no reply!! Don't buy!! Their 12 month warranty is a joke. Both addresses that they give are lawyers offices. This is a "shell company" probably based in China - steer clear!!

I live in an apartment and I can’t have an outside garden so I got this as an alternative and it is exactly what I was looking for.

Couldn’t be paired to my phone. Even though I have allowed this Chinese company’s app to access my exact location, my WiFi and Bluetooth. If my personal data is stolen I will know where to look. This aero garden is probably used to steel personal information, but we get nothing for the money :(
