Crippling siatica - been in agony witb Siatica . Can’t walk , can’t stand and can’t sit for muscle spasms/ cramps . This cushion is a godsend . Best on a hard chair like a kitchen chair or car or I’d imagine wheelchair . Finally I can sit down. Takes pressure off tailbone and spine . Don’t hesitate to buy I’d suffering siatica . It’s firm but still comfortable and feel like it will last . My husband has a general bad back . Loved it to so ordering a second one .

I needed a wider seat than you get as standard. This is much more comfortable than the standard size I had originally and helps with my posture. Sciatica doesn’t seem as bad and as my sitting posture has improved less neck pain too. Would recommend

Wow!! As I’ve lost a large amount of weight my bum started hurting when I sit. I Tried cushions for wheelchairs but still pain after an hour or two. But, this has totally taken the weight off my coccyx. And my bum is pain free now. I’m still 19 stone but this cushion works wonders. I was a little worried my bum would be too big for it but nope , I got the large version and it fits wonderfully and I can now sit pain free. Excellent product 👏👏👏

I really wasn't sure about these cushion's at all, id seen them everywhere and thought they were expensive for what they were but i work from home sitting down a lot and my sciatica was getting worse.. since I've had this its been allot better so it has definitely made a difference. it does make your posture a lot better and is very comfortable glad i bought it
